CULINARY FUSION CONTEST 2026 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENT ATTENDEES By purchasing a ticket and attending the Culinary Fusion Contest 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Tickets & Admission: All attendees must purchase a ticket to enter the event. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Each attendee must present a valid QR code (digital or printed) for admission. QR codes will be scanned at the entrance. No entry will be granted without a valid ticket. Ticket resale or duplication is strictly prohibited. FusionFest Inc. is not responsible for invalid or duplicated QR codes. FusionFest Inc. reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who violates these terms or engages in disruptive behavior. 2. Event Photography & Media: By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, recorded, or filmed by FusionFest Inc., Orange County, or their partners. These images and recordings may be used for promotional or informational purposes across print and digital platforms. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform an event staff member upon entry. While we will do our best to honor your request, complete exclusion in public areas may not be guaranteed. 3. Health & Safety: Attendance is at your own risk. FusionFest Inc. and its partners are not responsible for any health-related issues that may arise from attending the event. 4. Food Allergies & Consumption: Food tastings may be part of the event experience. Consume at your own discretion. FusionFest Inc. and participating vendors are not liable for allergic reactions, dietary sensitivities, or food borne illness. Attendees are responsible for asking about ingredients before consuming any food items. 5. Prohibited Items & Conduct: Prohibited items include but are not limited to: weapons, illegal substances, outside food or alcohol, and disruptive noisemakers. Disorderly behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will result in removal without refund. Smoking is prohibited on UCF Rosen College campus. 6. Personal Belongings & Liability: Attendees are responsible for their personal items. We recommend keeping valuables secured. FusionFest Inc., Orange County, and affiliated partners are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. By attending, you waive any claims for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from your participation in the event. 7. Event Changes & Cancellations: FusionFest Inc. reserves the right to modify event details or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the organizers, a refund or ticket transfer option will be offered to all ticket holders. 8. Agreement to Terms: By purchasing a ticket and attending the Culinary Fusion Contest 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere may result in removal from the event without refund.
