2026 Jamestown Halloween Party

Interested in vending at the Jamestown Halloween Party vendor fair? Just fill out the following application!

Applications are reviewed within 1 week of receipt. You will be notified of your acceptance and the card on file will be AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED should you be accepted, so please only apply to this event if you are prepared to pay for and attend, as we do not allow cancellations/refunds.

Please submit only 1 application and choose the category that best describes your main product line. We do our best to curate events to reduce over-saturation. At this time, we are only accepting artisan vendors, no direct sales vendors.

You are registering for a 10x10 foot booth space, where you must provide all of your own set-up materials, including (required) a tent and tent weights, WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED. Please note that if you fail to bring weights you may be asked to not set up.  We cannot provide access to electricity for any vendor. This is an outdoor event so please prepare for outdoor weather. This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather or no show.
