EnviroFest is the region’s largest environmental festival with: vendor and exhibitor booths by environmental/sustainable businesses and organizations, food vendors, silent auction, kids area, local beer tent, and more! The event is FREE this year! This booth space is for exhibitors who will NOT be conducting sales at the event. We're looking for booths who will share information and resources about their organization/business/group with iniatives related to the environment or sustainability.

Be a part of our EnviroFest event! We're looking for vendors to showcase a variety of environmental and sustainable products at the event.

This booth space is for exhibitors who WILL be conducting sales at the event. We're looking for vendors selling creative and environmentally-friendly products (for example items that recycled, upcycled, repurposed or are made from natural and native materials) or sustainable products (e.g. items that replace single-use items or reduce the consumption of resources such as water, gas, or electricity). We love to see work by local artists and businesses. If you have a question about whether your organization or product is a good fit for this event, just ask! We'd love to hear from you!

Event Title Sponsor

The Event Title Sponsorship provides enough support for the event that the sponsor becomes a part of the name! Such a generous donation will be recognized at every level. Support from this sponsorship provides the rentals, printing, advertising, and additional supplies needed to make this event happen. It also helps cover any costs from specific areas of the event (e.g. Kids Area, Volunteers, etc.) that do not get direct support from a sponsor.

Event Area Title Sponsor

An Event Area Title Sponsor may select one area of the event to support. The sponsor’s name will be attached to that area of the event and their banners will be located near that area of the event. A Kids Area sponsorship provides the tent and supplies for the activities, as well as the entertainment (Indiana Wild). A Music sponsorship covers the cost for the band and the tent for the beer garden. A Volunteer sponsorship directly supports the volunteers who make this event possible. It provides the t-shirts and all the snacks and meals for volunteers during their shift(s).

Sponsorships at these levels are our most popular forms of support. These sponsorships cover costs for important areas of the event (e.g. Kids Area, Volunteers, etc.) that do not get directly sponsored on their own. These sponsorships also help cover costs for rentals and supplies, and, if we meet the basic needs of the event, these sponsorships help us provide additional enrichment activities or supplies (e.g. providing free canoe rides for visitors during the event or providing reusable water bottles for volunteers). Support at every level is greatly appreciated and impacts our ability to provide a fun, educational, and high-quality event for the community.
