Carlisle Antique Fest is an outdoor market celebrating all things vintage, antique, handmade, and unique! Join us at the Carlisle Fairgrounds in Carlisle, PA for a weekend of treasure hunting, shopping, and community. Browse rows of vendors offering timeless antiques, vintage finds, handmade goods, and one-of-a-kind creations. Whether you’re a collector, creator, or curious shopper, Carlisle Antique Fest is where past and present come together in a one-of-a-kind experience. FRIDAY: Early Shopping: 8AM–12PM. General Admission: 12PM - 6PMSATURDAY: 8AM - 6PM , Sunday 10AM–4PM PM (Early Bird: $25 per person, General Admission $10 per person.)

On-site parking is available throughout event hours inside the main gate (Gate 3) to the left of the show field. Overflow parking may be available off site.

ATTENDEE CONDUCT: Carlisle Antique Fest, as well as Carlisle Events, expects and requires all attendees and vendors to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during the event. We pride ourselves on being an all inclusive environment and we embrace a multicultural and diverse community. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, xenophobia, or racism in any form. We are committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religious affiliation. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Anyone violating these rules will be removed from the event. By attending this event, you are agreeing to abide by these guidelines.SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in the Food Court and in the seating area adjacent to the Food Court. Smoking is also prohibited in and around all on-grounds concession stands, inside of all buildings and restrooms and in any on-grounds seating areas, such as benches and bleachers.PETS: We strongly advise against bringing your pet to an event. Pavement gets very hot, some animals are aggressive, and accidents happen. With that said, we do permit pets, however, only under the following guidelines: Pets should be leashed at all times; and provide them with food/water/shade. Pick up and dispose of their waste; and keep them away from other pets and patrons. No pets in the Food Court. Do not leave your pets in your vehicles at any time. Pets must have current vaccines and licenses. Your pet must be under your control at all times. You are fully responsible for its actions. Any offensive or unsafe actions by your pet or as the owner, will result in expulsion from the event without refund.LOST & STOLEN PROPERTY: Attendee and Vendor parking is at your own risk. Carlisle Events and Carlisle Antique Fest do not guarantee the safety or security of any property left at any site, on grounds or off grounds, at any time.FIRES: Open fires and fire pits are prohibited.

Submitting a vendor application is FREE. Once you're approved to be a vendor, you receive access to select your vendor space on the fairgrounds map. After choosing a vendor space, you may proceed to the payment process.

Vendor spaces range in price from $125 - $325 depending on where you choose to set up. We offer field space (approx 10'x30') and building T space (approx 10'x15').

Per the Carlisle Fairgrounds, electricity is limited but available near designated locations on the map. (You will have access to the map when/if you're approved to be a vendor.)

Carlisle Antique Fest is an outdoor vintage, antique, handmade, and unique market held at the Carlisle Fairgrounds in Carlisle, PA. The event runs rain or shine. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved in advance.

Accepted Categories

We welcome vendors selling:

Antiques – furniture, décor, jewelry, tools, and collectibles typically 50+ years old
Vintage – fashion, accessories, décor, and items from the mid-century to early 2000s
Handmade – original crafts, art, jewelry, candles, pottery, and textiles
Unique Finds – upcycled, repurposed, or one-of-a-kind items that fit the event’s spirit
(Vendors focused on mass-produced or new retail merchandise will not be approved.)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT - mass-produced or bulk-offered new merchandise, nor vendors offering service-based sales or consulting. *FOOD VENDORS require approval through Carlisle Fairgrounds. They contract and approve food vendors for events.

Event Protocol

Vendors must remain set up during all posted event hours.
Booths must be clean, professional, and safe for visitors.
Tents must be weighted and secured at all times.
Carlisle Events reserves the rights for food and drink sales*

If you need to rent tables, chairs, or a tent--you can rent tables and chairs by completing an application: (Will be posted soon.) You can also contact High Peak Rentals (717) 258-8006 but they may not deliver them to your spot and there is a fee for deliver. High Peak offers tables in both 6' and 8' long tables.

Parking & Setup - Vendors may park in their spot or in the designated vendor parking.

Setup: Thursday, 8 AM.

*PLEASE NOTE* VENDORS CAN SHOW UP AT ANY TIME THURSDAY AFTER 8AM, BUT IT IS ENCOURAGED TO COME AS EARLY AS YOU CAN.

VENDORS IN BUILDING T: BUILDING T IS LOCKED DOWN AT 6PM EVERY NIGHT. PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 7PM ON THURSDAY TO SET UP AS NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN HERE AFTER 7PM. BUILDING T WILL REOPEN TO VENDORS FRIDAY AT 7AM.

Camping

Camping is permitted on site for vendors, but electric is limited at designated spaces*. NO CAMPFIRES PERMITTED.
