For the Love of Shopping, LLC is not responsible for transactions, products, services, or disputes between attendees and vendors.Photography & MediaBy attending the event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and other media may be taken during the event. Your image may appear in promotional materials, social media, websites, or other marketing used by For the Love of Shopping, LLC and its event partners.Children & MinorsChildren are welcome at this family-friendly event but must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.Personal BelongingsAttendees are responsible for their personal belongings. For the Love of Shopping, LLC and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.Event ChangesEvent activities, vendors, entertainment, and schedules are subject to change. For the Love of Shopping, LLC reserves the right to modify the event schedule, activities, vendors, or event layout when necessary.Weather & SafetyFor the safety of our attendees, vendors, and staff, portions of the event may be modified, relocated, delayed, or cancelled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.Respectful ConductAll attendees are expected to treat vendors, staff, venue personnel, and other guests with courtesy and respect. Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.Pets & Service AnimalsPets are subject to the policies of the Lakeside Center and applicable laws.
