Coopers Hideout Halloween Tent or Treat

Welcome to the Cooper's Hideout Second Annual Tent or Treat! This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  This event is scheduled for October 31st from 7pm - 10pm.  $20 vendor fee, plus processing fees. No refunds. No drink vendors. Electricity is provided - you need to supply extension cords. You are responsible for your own set up (including your tent, table(s), decorations, chairs, extension cords), break down and trash removal. Vendors must park in designated area.  Cooper's Hideout does not provide liability insurance for the protection of vendors, spectators, merchants, or others involved in similar activities who participate in the event.  Obtaining the proper licenses or permits and obeying all federal, local, and state codes is the sole responsibility of the vendor, including any regulations of the Florida Department of Agriculture or other regulatoy agencies. Sales ta xwhere required by state is the responsibility of the seller.

Please no smoking by the tents - only in designated smoking area behind the stage.
