ConCarolinas is a sci-fi & fantasy convention, and we welcome a variety of merchandise: toys, games, books, geeky crafts, collectibles, and more. We promote that shopping at ConCarolinas is open to the public and free to enjoy. There are four different options for dealers.
* Main dealer room booths (includes two weekend badges)
* Artist and artisan room (includes two weekend badges)
* Hallway & lobby tables (includes two weekend badges)
* Outside market by the lake (includes two Saturday badges)
Booths in the main dealer room are approximately 10' x 10' and include one 6' table and two chairs. Main dealer room space is secure overnight.
Booths in the artist and artisan room are approximately 6' x 6' and include one 6' table and two chairs. Artist and artisan room space is secure overnight.
Hallway & lobby tables are 6' long and are a good option for artists, indie creators, or vendors without a large inventory of merchandise. These tables are not secure overnight.
On Saturday, we offer outside dealer space near the lake, approximately 10' x 10'. This is a good option for vendors that can only attend one day. Early birds can be placed under the hotel awning on Saturday morning, but vendors may also bring their own canopy/tent. Be mindful of the weather and consider potential rain and wind.
We will carefully consider all applications and begin contacting dealers in February. We will likely be accepting applications until late April because there's always a chance of dealer spaces opening up due to cancellations. After being approved, we'll send an email regarding payment.
Extra consideration will be given to those that have eye-catching displays and merchandise that appeals to fans of sci-fi, fantasy, horror, superheroes, anime and gaming. Authors must apply as a Guest. We have another room specifically for authors. Authors will not be selected for any other dealer space.
