Welcome to Con Nooga ~ It's Your Con!   

A long time ago in a galaxy not too far away . . .

The year is 2007 and a few friends teased the idea of building a Convention that was family friendly during the day and more adult oriented at night.   A Convention focused on content: including events, contests, workshops, entertainment and most of all fun.   Combining all the joys of fandom from Anime, Comics, Fantasy, Gaming, Science Fiction, Horror, Literature, Paranormal, Cosplay, Video Gaming, and so much more -  with a huge Kids Track that focused on teaching a new generation all the geek and freak culture of the world!   In 2008 this idea became:   Con Nooga!

This is for an 8ft x 8ft booth with (1) Table and (2) Chairs and (2) Badges.    These are very limited and first come basis.  (Only 8 are available)   These booths are independent and for our authors or artists who understand their booths are within the general public area and are NOT secure to leave items at all night.   You will need to move in and out all merchandise as these booths are in the main hallway at the Marriott Hotel.

Con Nooga 2027 Coordinator Application Ready to Take Con Nooga to the Next Level? Applying for a Coordinator position at Con Nooga is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, leadership, and passion for organizing unforgettable experiences! For 2027 - Coordinators will be overseeing a minimum of (2) Tracks. Due to space restraints tracks will be sharing rooms. Therefore 2027 Track Coordinators will be responsible for a minimum of 2 Tracks. *(If you do not want to be over 2 or more Tracks please fill out the Track Manager Position - which is over (1) Individual Track and will work with Coordinators on tracks. Professional Experience ** Relevant Experience: Share any past experience in event coordination, leadership roles, or related fields that demonstrate your ability to manage and execute events successfully. ** Skills: Highlight key skills such as organization, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability that make you the perfect fit for the role. ** Achievements: List any notable accomplishments that show your capability in leading, planning, or executing event-related tasks. Commitment to Con Nooga ** Content Contribution: Acknowledge the requirement to create and oversee 25% to 50% of your content. Explain how you plan to fulfill this responsibility and ensure quality programming. ⏳ Term Duration: This is a 1-year commitment—confirm your understanding and willingness to dedicate time and energy to the role. ** Goals & Expectations: Outline how you plan to meet or exceed the goals and criteria set for the Coordinator position. Your Specific Area or Track ** Clearly specify the area, track, stage, or section you are applying to coordinate. ✨ Share why you are passionate about this area and how your skills align with its needs. Perks & Responsibilities ** Hotel Accommodation: You’ll have the opportunity to earn hotel accommodations based on meeting all criteria: ✔️ 1 hotel night for meeting the minimum goals ✔️ 2 hotel nights for meeting all deadlines and excelling in your role ** Rooms are reserved for Coordinators and their spouse/partner. Some Coordinators may need to share rooms, depending on criteria met and goals achieved. ⚠️ Full Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for managing and overseeing your track, stage, or designated area. By applying to be a panelist you are agreeing to a minimum of 6 hours of sessions, workshops, debates etc.   

Our entertainment access is for a single day and only good for the day you are performing.   A minimum of 2 hours is required for any entertainer to even qualify for this option.   Please list any and all events that you will be performing at during Con Nooga.   

Please use this form if you are wanting to run any TTRPG gaming during Con Nooga.   We can promote your session but ultimately all promotion and finding players is up to the GM.   If you make us graphics or posts for social media we will gladly share those and help promote the session.
