Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and may close at any time once capacity is reached. Categories routinely fill before the listed deadline.

We try to limit the food vendors to one food vendor per category, so we do not have cross over on what types of food is offered. If a food vendor has an item that does cross over into a different catagory that another vendor is provided, you may be asked not to sell that item during the event.

If you are a government agency or non-profit wanting an informational booth at the event, fill out this application.

If you have been contacted to be a dignitary, please fill out this form!

This includes local government officials and royalty.

Dignitary drivers, fill out the normal vehicle registration form and select that you'd like to be a dignitary driver. You will not be charged!

Special entries include School Marching Bands, School Drill teams, Government Agencies, EMS etc. If you are a private business you will need to fill out the Commercial Entry form.
