Shared Bar: $3000 total or $1500 per bar  Plus 15% commission to the chamber

Stand Alone Bar: 10 x20 Booth – One Operator $6,000 Plus 15% commission to the chamber

Booths include:

(1) Tanker Rolling cooler to store product inside of booth space.

(1) Ice Chest Ice Chest holds up to 40 (20lbs) bags of ice. Chest will be located outside of your booth space and is for Ice Storage ONLY. 

iPad & POS System Internet included with each POS system.

(2) LED Tent Light

 (4) 10ft Counter

(1) Tent Side (10'x20' solid section) 

(1) Set ofSign Poles (Set consists of 2 poles for a (1) 2'x10') banner

(2) 6ft Tables

(2) Chairs

(2) Barricades

All member bars have the option to rent IPAD POS systems from Special Events Management, to accept and process debit and credit cards at each booth. 

Local business must be located within or directly adjacent to the festival footprint.

All art must be handcrafted, no exceptions! "Handcrafted," means it was made entirely by hand or with the use of simple tools (e.g., knife, needle, paintbrush.) Hence, there was no machine involvement in the creation of the goods otherwise you are considered a "Merchant"
