About the event
The City of South Fulton Juneteenth festival is a vibrant celebration that honors African American culture, history, and freedom. The festival will bring together people of all ages, races, and backgrounds to commemorate June 19th, 1865, the day when enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, were finally informed of their emancipation.
The festival day will be filled with music, dance, food, and cultural activities.
