About the event
Thank you for your interest in participating at the Kimmswick 2nd Annual Vietnam Veteran's Day Parade! About the application PLEASE READ THIS APPLICATION VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING TO BE A VENDOR. Each Vendor space is $150.00 This fee includes a temporary business license, and liquor license if applicable. All food vendor spaces require payment to the City of Kimmswick through Eventeny. No checks or cash will be accepted for vendor spaces at City of Kimmswick events. A very limited number of spaces with an electric hookup are available for an additional fee of $35. If you are requesting access to electricity, a festival volunteer will reach out to you to discuss and/or coordinate. Payment for electricity will be made ONLY following approval. Quiet inverter generators are permitted. However, any complaints about noise pollution will result in the requirement of the generator being removed from the festival area immediately. No exceptions. ALL SPACE ASSIGNMENTS ARE MADE AT THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE KIMMSWICK EVENTS COMMITTEE. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A PROMPT REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR SPACE(S) RENTAL. REFUNDS DO NOT INCLUDE TRANSACTION FEES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER MARCH 20, 2025.

Parking instructions
Parking is available in designated areas. Vendor vehicles are permitted briefly on Kimmswick streets for unloading/setup only and must be moved to designated parking areas as quickly as possible.

Health & safety
A food service permit issued by the local health department is required as part of your application. All Mobile Food Establishments must obtain a Food and Beverage Permit from the Jefferson County Health Department (JCHD) prior to operating the food establishment. Documentation must be provided to the City of Kimmswick
