Cisco TX Pie Fest

Vendors will be located on Joe Wheatley Circle around the Conrad Hilton Center, along with in other areas in downtown Cisco, TX.

• Booth spaces are 10' x 10'.
• Vendors are assigned spaces on a first come/first serve basis.
• Vendors will need to provide their own canopy/tent, tables, and chairs.
• Electricity (110, one plug) will be available in certain spaces for an additional fee.  You will need to provide your own cord.
• Overnight security for the booth area will be the vendor's responsibilty.
• If you have a trailer that you sell your products from, please let us know dimensions.

Food Tent/Booth vendors will be located under the pavillion located in front of the Conrad Hilton Center, along with in other areas in downtown Cisco, TX.

The food trucks/trailers will be set up around Legacy Park and on Conrad Hilton Blvd in downtown Cisco.

At this time, there are a few spots with 30/50 amp plugs.  You will need to purchase that seperately.  Generators can be used during the festival.

Cisco TX Pie Fest (“Pie Fest”) will take place on October 16th and 17th in downtown Cisco. This will be the 8th year, and the event continues to grow and attendance always exceeds our expectations. This year our goal is to raise $30,000. We can’t meet our goal without the help of companies like yours. Would you consider donating and becoming a Pie Fest sponsor? By giving, you will be able to help Cisco Strong Inc. support projects that restore, revitalize, and beautify Cisco. Our most visible project is our "Triangle Project" that is located at Front and W. 8th Streets. This project included construction, landscaping, lighting, and placing the bronze LOBO sculpture on the pedestal. Other projects we have completed over the last few years are (1) buying pecan trees for the Old Zoo Nature Trails/Cisco Dam area, (2) purchasing and maintaining Little Free Libraries placed at both parks in town, (3) also, donating funds to Cisco SAFE to complete some of their projects at Legacy Park. There are six (6) levels of sponsorship, as outlined below. We hope we can count on your help and make this year’s Pie Fest our most successful. The Lela Latch Lloyd Museum is dedicated to collecting items of regional interest and chronological value for the Cisco area of West Texas. There are evidences from prehistoric times, Indians, Spanish and Mexican conquests, early settlers, ranchers and farmers, the Civil War, and the town builders in the collection. Also, there is an Alumni room. It features pictures of teachers and students from Cisco High School, including King & Queen Lobos. The Lela Latch Lloyd Museum was the dream of local historian Dr. Duane K. Hale, a friend of retired Cisco school teacher Lela Lloyd (1906-1998). Mrs. Lloyd came to Cisco with her family about 1914. She attended Cisco schools and later became a teacher at Cisco High School and Cisco Junior College. She retired from teaching after 37 years. Lela wrote her 1st book, "Best Damn Teacher" as a memoir of her years of teaching in public school. Dr Hale wanted to commemorate the life of the local author and historian and so named the museum after her. He was the initial incorporator and has invested countless hours in the restoration of the dilapidated building that has served as the Cisco City Hall and as an entertainment center. Dr. Hale was able to get 501C3 non-profit status for the museum and it survives on tax exempt donations.
