Christmas in Fair Oaks Tree Lighting 2026

Vendors in this category are limited to non-profits, community groups, and businesses that will host a Holiday themed activity booth for the children and families at the event. All Activity Booths must adhere to the following requirements:

• No sales or soliciting allowed.
• Supply a hands-on Arts & Crafts project that can be taken with the child once completed or a Holiday themed Carnival Game the child may play to win a prize. Please note: Coloring Pages or Small Spin to Win Wheels or similar will not be accepted.
• The vendor is responsible for bringing all supplies, equipment, prizes, etc. The FORPD District has a limited number of Carnival Games that can be borrowed (please email Brittany at boneal@forpd.org to inquire about what is available).
• Vendors should plan to have enough supplies and prizes for a minimum of 250 children. The Arts & Crafts project or Carnival Game shall be the focus of the booth. However, the vendor may market themselves with a banner or signage at their booth and hand out a flyer or marketing material on their offerings
• Please note Activity Booths will be located in or near the Arts & Crafts building and NOT in the Plaza.

Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations for the express purpose of distributing and disseminating information and educational material. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Vendors in this category are defined as a business that offers tangible products or services for purchase or informational in nature. This category also includes those that are recognized by CA BOE as 6015 retailers or Qualified Itinerants.
