Vendors in this category are limited to non-profits, community groups, and businesses that will host a Holiday themed activity booth for the children and families at the event. All Activity Booths must adhere to the following requirements:
- No sales or soliciting allowed.
- Supply a hands-on Arts & Crafts project that can be taken with the child once completed or a Holiday themed Carnival Game the child may play to win a prize. Please note: Coloring Pages or Small Spin to Win Wheels or similar will not be accepted.
- The vendor is responsible for bringing all supplies, equipment, prizes, etc. The FORPD District has a limited number of Carnival Games that can be borrowed (please email Brittany at boneal@forpd.org to inquire about what is available).
- Vendors should plan to have enough supplies and prizes for a minimum of 250 children. The Arts & Crafts project or Carnival Game shall be the focus of the booth. However, the vendor may market themselves with a banner or signage at their booth and hand out a flyer or marketing material on their offerings
- Please note Activity Booths will be located in or near the Arts & Crafts building and NOT in the Plaza.

Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations that sell merchandise, conduct fundraising activities, or solicit donations in support of their organization’s mission. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Any applicant applying to participate in the festival as a nonprofit must provide evidence of their non-profit status at time of application submission.
