Clearly marked safe spaces will be available throughout the festival to provide support and refuge for anyone feeling overwhelmed or unsafe.

While mask mandates are not in place in Washington, we respect everyone's decision to wear or not wear a mask.

By attending Chelan Pride Festival 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Safety and Security
- Security personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure the safety of all attendees.

- As a 2SLGBTQIA+ event in a small rural community, we ask attendees to be mindful of the unique challenges and dynamics of the area. Everyone is encouraged to foster a positive and welcoming environment.
4. Photography and Media
- All types of cameras are welcome at the festival. Please be aware that photos and videos may be taken during the event and shared on social media or used for Chelan Pride’s promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform event organizers or photographers on-site.
- Respect the privacy of others by obtaining consent before taking their photo.
5. Family and Pets
- This is a family-friendly event. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children.
- Dogs are welcome at the festival but must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are well-behaved and for cleaning up after them.
6. Alcohol Policy
- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted within Riverwalk Park during the festival.
7. Liability
- Chelan Pride organizers, volunteers, and partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or property damage during the event. Attendees assume all personal risk.

- Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, or disrespectful.
9. Refund Policy
- Chelan Pride Festival is a rain-or-shine event. Tickets or fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by organizers.
