We’re excited to invite you to participate in Chattanooga Comic Con 2026, taking place Saturday & Sunday, November 7–8, 2026, at the Chattanooga Convention Center (1 Carter St, Chattanooga, TN 37402).

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a booth space. All vendor applications are carefully reviewed, and each applicant will receive an official application status, including approved, waitlisted, or declined, once the review process is complete.

About the Event
Chattanooga Comic Con is a two-day, all-ages celebration of comics, animation, gaming, cosplay and pop-culture. It brings together fans, creators, celebrities, gaming rooms, vendors and interactive experiences all under one roof in downtown Chattanooga.

For vendors, the show is positioned as a lively, fan-focused convention atmosphere: high traffic, engaged attendees, and many opportunities for direct sales, artist signings, and exposure to new fans.

Why this is a great opportunity for you
The downtown Chattanooga location means easy access for attendees and vendor shipping, lodging and logistics. Parking and nearby hotels are well-handled.

The focus on all-ages fans means broad appeal: families, teens, young adults, cosplayers, gamers; all of whom are potential customers.

The show’s mix of guests, gaming, cosplay and vendor hall provides multiple draw factors for attendees, which means more foot-traffic through the vendor hall.

What to expect for 2026
Dates: November 7 (Saturday) & November 8 (Sunday), 2026.
Location: Chattanooga Convention Center, downtown Chattanooga, TN.
Hours: Vendor hall opens at 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. on Sunday
Vendor registration opens ahead of the event; we’ll send more details on booth layout, setup time, load-in/load-out, vendor rules and pricing as we finalize plans.
The show stays committed to keeping admission affordable and accessible, which helps bring in more fans and more booth traffic.

Reminders & Tips for Vendors

All vendor applications are reviewed by our executive team to ensure product offerings align with the overall event experience. If an application is waitlisted, it is often due to multiple vendors offering the same or similar items, allowing us to avoid oversaturation within a single sales category.

NEW! Vendors will have the option to purchase electricity for their booth. Please note that purchasing electricity on site may result in a higher cost.

Additional vendor badges may be purchased at check-in for $20 or added during the application process.

For approved applications, payment will be processed immediately upon approval. Please ensure the credit or debit card on file is valid and available at the time of approval.

No payments will be processed unless your application has been approved.

Additional Notes

Booth fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Booth sharing, reselling, or subleasing space is not permitted without prior approval.
All displays must remain within the assigned booth space.
Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event unless otherwise approved.
All vendors are expected to comply with Chattanooga Comic Con’s vendor policies and code of conduct.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, registering for membership, or attending Chattanooga Comic Con (“C3”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Admission to the event is granted only with a valid C3 membership or credential. All memberships are non-refundable except as required by law, and attendees may be asked to show photo identification upon entry. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward guests, vendors, staff, volunteers, and other attendees. Harassment of any kind—including verbal, physical, or online—will not be tolerated. Costumes must be family-friendly and free of offensive imagery or nudity. C3 reserves the right to remove any individual who violates these standards or otherwise disrupts the event without refund. Weapons and props must comply with C3’s safety standards. Real weapons or functional replicas are strictly prohibited. Prop weapons must be inspected and peace-bonded by C3 security at entry, and any misuse of a prop or item that causes harm or fear will result in removal from the premises and potential involvement of law enforcement. C3 staff have final authority on what is considered safe. By attending C3, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by official event media. Images and recordings may be used for promotional, archival, or commercial purposes without compensation. Personal photography and videography are generally allowed unless otherwise restricted, such as during certain panels or guest sessions. Guest appearances, panels, and schedules are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Refunds will not be issued for such changes, though C3 will make reasonable efforts to share updates through official channels, including the website, email, and social media. All attendees must comply with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations as well as any policies implemented by C3 or the venue. Additional safety measures, such as mask requirements or capacity limits, may be introduced as necessary to ensure public well-being. Attendance at Chattanooga Comic Con is at your own risk. C3, its organizers, affiliates, and venue partners are not responsible for personal injury, property loss, theft, or damage, nor for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather or public emergencies. By attending, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless C3 and its partners from any claims arising from your participation. All sales are final. C3 does not issue refunds or exchanges unless the entire event is cancelled. In the case of cancellation, instructions will be provided regarding refunds or the transfer of memberships to a future event. Purchases made from vendors, artists, or exhibitors are private transactions between buyer and seller; C3 assumes no responsibility for any disputes or product issues arising from such transactions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee. By attending Chattanooga Comic Con, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
