Whether you’ve helped pull off the Festival and/or Parade magic with us for years or you're brand new and looking for your community, this is your official invitation to the heart of Charlotte Pride. We are wrapping up our incredible 2026 season the best way we know how—by celebrating the incredible volunteers who make it happen and opening our doors to the new faces who want to help us shape the future. Come out to mingle with fellow community members, meet the team, and find out how you can get involved for 2027. What to Expect • Celebrate & Connect: A casual social mixer to catch up with old friends and make new ones. • Volunteer Matchmaking: Explore different Teams and day-of roles to find the perfect fit for your schedule and skills. 📅 Event Details • Cost: Free to attend!
