Charlotte Chalk Art Festival 2025

Spend two (2) days, October 18th & 19th, with us and market your Food & Beverage offerings to our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival goers and competitors. Your offerings cannot compete with NoDa Brewing offerings. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential.
 
Our food and beverage marketplace will strive to keep duplication of products to a minimum. Priority goes to local providers in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. Payment is NOT EXPECTED until your application is approved. You are REQUIRED to be onsite BOTH days, October 18th and 19th, 12 pm to 5 pm with a one-hour in advance set-up time.
CCAF2025 takes place at the NoDa Brewing Company North End location, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206. CCAF is produced and sponsored by Creative Canvas Productions, LLC, Eventful Expressions NPC, Jerry's Artarama, and NoDa Brewing Company's North End location.

Non-Food Vendors: Spend TWO (2) days, October 18th & 19th, with us and market your handmade jewelry, painted glassware, natural soaps, candles, jams, handcrafted clothing items, items for pets, woodcrafted items, paintings, and other arts & crafts to our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF) goers and competitors. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential. USE Food & Beverage Vendor Application if not an artisan
 
We will have an Artisan/Exhibitors marketplace and will strive to keep duplication of products to a minimum. Priority goes to Solo/EntrePreneurs and Small Businesses located in the surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina area. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. We are accepting submissions from the following categories:
Jewelry, Bags/Handbags, Accessories, Woodcraft, Photographic Art, Intuitive or Metaphysical Gifts, Clothing, Children's Products, Candles, Bath & Body Products, Stationery Items & Supplies, Home Decor, Live Drawing, Tarot Reading, Live Henna, Balloon Making, Artwork, and Other (fill in).
CCAF2025 will take place at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206. CCAF2024 is produced and sponsored by Creative Canvas Productions, LLC, Jerry's Artarama, NoDa Brewing Company, and Eventful Expressions NPC.

We will provide one meal ticket each day for use at our CCAF2025 Food Truck Vendors, one t-shirt for each artist, some supplies, and one 20-count Soho Urban Artist Jumbo Sidewalk Chalk Pastels per chalking space. We will have water available, and as always, we recommend you bring whatever else you need to stay nourished, hydrated, and to complete your chalk art design over and above the supplies we will have available.

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF) features a Chalk Art Competition for Youth ages 12-17 and Adults 18+ on October 18 and 19 from 12 pm to 5 pm. Artists compete for Cash Prizes as follows: Individual Youth 12-17 - 1st Place $250, 2nd Place $125, 3rd Place $75, Youth Team (2-3ppl) 12-17 - 1st Place ONLY $300, and Adult 18+ 1st Place $400, 2nd Place $250, 3rd Place $100. Local artists serve as judges. CCAF2025 will take place at NoDa Brewing Company's North End location, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206.
