Charlotte Chalk Art Festival 2025

About the event

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF), a FREE, family-friendly two-day festival, will be held at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206, on October 18th and 19th from 12pm to 5pm each day. CCAF features a street chalk art competition for ages 12-17 and 18+. Festival goers will watch and cheer on the competitors and the artists creating the street chalk art gallery while enjoying various art-focused activities, music, and performance offerings, patronizing our curated arts, crafts, retail, food, and beverage vendors.

Health & safety

The 2025 Charlotte Chalk Art Festival Safety Protocols 99% of festival activity will take place outdoors in well-ventilated open spaces. If there are interactive activities where crafts or other materials are shared, hand sanitizers will be available as appropriate. Festival goers, crew members, sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors MAY BE REQUIRED to wear a mask upon entering all indoor spaces if the establishment requires it. This is contingent upon Mecklenburg County Health & Safety Protocols. Festival goers, crew members, sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors are strongly encouraged to wear masks if they are uncomfortable sharing less than a 6′ distance from anyone they interact with. Hand sanitizer might be available at key locations around the festival site. Volunteers MAY BE REQUIRED to wear masks while their capacity as volunteers when they are in indoor spaces if the venue requires it. This is contingent upon Mecklenburg County Health & Safety Protocols. This information will be updated a week before the Charlotte Chalk Art Festival if Mecklenburg County Health & Safety Protocols change.

Spend two (2) days, October 18th & 19th, with us and market your Food & Beverage offerings to our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival goers and competitors. Your offerings cannot compete with NoDa Brewing offerings. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential.

Our food and beverage marketplace will strive to keep duplication of products to a minimum. Priority goes to local providers in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. Payment is NOT EXPECTED until your application is approved. You are REQUIRED to be onsite BOTH days, October 18th and 19th, 12 pm to 5 pm with a one-hour in advance set-up time.

Non-Food Vendors: Spend TWO (2) days, October 18th & 19th, with us and market your handmade jewelry, painted glassware, natural soaps, candles, jams, handcrafted clothing items, items for pets, woodcrafted items, paintings, and other arts & crafts to our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF) goers and competitors. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential. USE Food & Beverage Vendor Application if not an artisan

We will have an Artisan/Exhibitors marketplace and will strive to keep duplication of products to a minimum. Priority goes to Solo/EntrePreneurs and Small Businesses located in the surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina area. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. You are REQUIRED to be onsite both days, October 18th and 19th, from 12 pm to 5 pm with a one-hour in-advance set-up time.
