Saturday, September 18th, 2021 9:00am-1:00pm (Open to the Public) Setup: Saturday, September 18th, 7:00am-8:30am Food vendors may sell several main items (i.e. pizza, burgers, hotdogs, etc.) Applications will be accepted for food/dessert/sweet treat vendor as well. Vendors may only non-alcoholic beverages, no alcohol will be sold at this event. Please provide a menu of items you wish to have on the food truck, day of event. Food vendors will be responsible to meet all guidelines for temporary food service as set forth by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) or the Florida Department of Consumer and Agricultural Services (FDACS). Food vendors shall wear gloves and follow hand washing procedures set forth by the DBPR and FDACS. Food vendors must supply a Certificate of Insurance listing the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce and the Citrus County Fair Association as Additional Insured (see details below in application requirements) Limit to ONE food vendor and ONE dessert/sweet treat vendor
