**This application applies to all vendors preparing, cooking, or mixing food and drinks on-site for immediate consumption.
Application and photographs must be submitted in one application. Applications are due Friday, August 13, 2026. Vendor acknowledges that submission of application does not guarantee acceptance into event.
Upon review and acceptance of vendor application, an approved vendor will receive payment notification by email. Payment will be charged in 5 business days after acceptance notification. Or please let us know if you will be mailing a check so we can cancel the charge on your card. Vendor will be charged an additional $25.00 for bounced payments on card entered & returned checks with insufficient funds. If payment is not received by the deadline, vendor will be removed from the approved list and will not be able to participate in the event.

Pre-packaged food and beverage (Cottage Law Vendors), Commercial, franchise, or supplier directly owned or tied to any commercial or corporate business & 501c3 tax exempt organization.

- Market (Artist/Artisan): 10x10 – $150 | 10x20 – $175 | 10x30 – $200 (by special request)
- Corporate: 10x10 – $200 | 10x20 – $250
