About the event

Celebrate! West Hartford (CWH) is an annual, family-oriented, two-day community festival which attracts nearly 40,000 guests. Held on the grounds of Town Hall in this quintessential Connecticut town, the event features an award-winning Arts & Crafts Show, a Business Sponsor & Nonprofit Expo, an international food court, live musical performances, carnival games and rides, and FUNd Runs including a 5K & Kids' K Dash.

Parking instructions

ARTISTS, VENDORS, SPONSORS & NONPROFITS: Free parking is limited and will be assigned. Permits required. FESTIVAL GUESTS: Free parking for visitors during the event is available in Isham Garage: 17 Isham Road in Blue Back Square. Additional parking is available for a fee in the parking garage at 29 South Main Street. BIKE PARKING: FREE bike parking and security is provided by Bike West Hartford during the event on Burr Street.

Health & safety

For the health & safety of animals and patrons, we request visitors to leave dogs at home. The hot pavement can damage dogs' paws and congested conditions are not conducive to walking pets.

Celebrate! West Hartford FUNd RUNS-5K & Kids' K

Join us Sunday morning for the Celebrate! West Hartford FUNd RUNS, the most family-friendly fitness runs in the Greater Hartford region. Featuring a non-competitive Kids' K dash and a 5K race, these events have something for ages 3-83+. Held in conjunction with the Town's two-day outdoor festival, it's a great opportunity for individuals or whole families to enjoy a healthy activity together while helping to support West Hartford families in need. A portion of proceeds is donated to the The Town That Cares and the Leisure Services Scholarship Fund which helps children from low-income families attend swimming lessons, camps during school vacations and other life-enhancing programs throughout the year.
