Terms & Conditions
By participating in Spokane Renaissance Faire cast gatherings, you agree to the following: 1. Respect the Earth Our meetings are held in public parks and natural spaces. All participants are expected to leave the area cleaner than they found it. Pack out all trash, avoid disturbing wildlife or plant life, and treat the land with care. No littering, no open flames unless expressly permitted by the park, and no damage to park property. 2. Respect the Privacy of Others Do not photograph, record, or share images or personal information of fellow cast members without their explicit consent. What is shared within the group stays within the group. Be mindful that we gather in public spaces and that other park visitors deserve their privacy as well. 3. Personal Belongings Each participant is solely responsible for their own belongings, costumes, props, and equipment. The organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please keep your gear secured and be aware of your surroundings. 4. Personal Hygiene Out of respect for your fellow cast members, all participants are expected to arrive clean and practice good personal hygiene. This includes freshly laundered costumes and attire. Strong body odor, unwashed clothing, or other hygiene concerns may result in being asked to step away from the group. 5. General Conduct Participants are expected to be respectful, inclusive, and considerate at all times. The organizers reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who does not adhere to these guidelines.
