About the event

Join us for the Carrollwood Family Market & Children’s Business Fair on Saturday, May 23 from 10 AM to 2 PM at Carrollwood Cultural Center in Tampa. This family-friendly outdoor event will feature local vendors, kid entrepreneurs, shopping, treats, and a fun community atmosphere. Adult vendor booths and children’s business booths will be set up in separate areas. Vendor setup begins at 9 AM. Tables and chairs are provided for registered vendors, but vendors are also welcome to bring their own setup. Parking is available on site.

Parking instructions

Free parking is available at the Carrollwood Cultural Center. Please follow posted signs and park in designated spaces only. Vendors should arrive by 9:00 AM for setup. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for the best parking availability.

This is a family-friendly outdoor event. Please supervise children at all times. Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area safe, clean, and organized. Walkways must remain clear at all times. Please be respectful of guests, vendors, and event staff. If you are feeling sick, please stay home.

Carrollwood Family Market & Children’s Business Fair is a family-friendly community event that brings together local vendors, young entrepreneurs, and families for a fun day of shopping and support for small businesses. This event includes both adult vendors and youth participants, with the children’s business fair giving kids the opportunity to practice entrepreneurship by selling their products, interacting with customers, and handling sales in a real event setting.

Adult vendor booths are $40 and include one table and two chairs. Vendors are also welcome to bring their own table, tent, and setup if preferred. Setup begins at 9:00 AM.

We welcome family-friendly vendors, handmade items, treats, specialty products, and small businesses that are a good fit for a community-centered event. All booths must be appropriate for families and children.
