Carlisle Antique Fest

We're excited to be hosting Carlisle Antique Fest this November at the Carlisle Expo Center--directly across the streets from the Carlisle Fairgrounds. This indoor market celebrates vintage, antique, handmade, and one-of-a-kind finds. The event runs rain, snow, or shine. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved in advance.

The goal of the show is to capture the nostalgia of holidays past—the excitement of finding the perfect gift and the joy of giving something meaningful. We encourage vendors to bring items that inspire those feelings, from timeless antiques and vintage treasures to handmade goods, collectibles, and unique gifts that create new traditions while celebrating old ones.

Submitting a vendor application is FREE. Once you're approved to be a vendor, you receive access to select your vendor space on the expo center map. After choosing a vendor space, you may proceed to the payment process. 

Vendor spaces range in price from $175 - $225 (depending on booth and location). *Tables and chairs must be purchased through a seperate application and will be delivered to the vendor space prior to the show. 

Per the Carlisle Expo Center, electricity is limited but available in rows B and D. There will be built-in electrical outlets on the poles. The cost of electic is included in the price of these vendor spaces. 

Accepted Categories-

We welcome vendors selling:

Antiques – furniture, décor, jewelry, tools, advertising, and collectibles typically 50+ years old
Vintage – fashion, accessories, décor, and items from the mid-century to early 2000s
Handmade – original crafts, art, jewelry, candles, pottery, and textiles
Unique Finds – upcycled, repurposed, or one-of-a-kind items that fit the event’s spirit
(WE DO NOT ACCEPT - Vendors focused on service based home improvement, MLM services and wares, and mass-produced/new retail merchandise.)
*We are unable to accept food vendors at this venue.

Event Protocol-

Vendors must remain set up during all posted event hours.
Booths must be clean, professional, and safe for visitors. 

Table & Chair Rental-

The Carlisle Expo Center offers table and chair rentals. Tables are either 8 ft. wooden tables or 12 ft. laminated cafeteria-style tables. Chairs are metal folding chairs.

Additionally, High Peak offers both 6' and 8' long wooden tables. You can contact High Peak Rentals at (717) 258-8006. PLEASE NOTE: There may be a delivery fee, tables are heavy, and they do not always drop tables in designated spaces.

Parking - Parking is available on-site at the Carlisle Expo Center.

Friday Night Preview Party: Friday 6PM - 8PM
Early Bird Shopping: Saturday 8AM - 12PM
General Admission: Saturday 12PM - 5PM
General Admission: Sunday 10AM - 4PM

The expo center has tables and chairs available for rent. Please note that there are 12 ft. laminate top tables and 8 ft. wooden top tables.

*Tables can be used and worn--it's suggested that you bring a table covering for aesthetics, but completely up to you.

If you change your space number between ordering tables through this application and the event, please contact us either through eventeny or info@carlisleantiquefest.com and let us know so that we can guarantee tables are delivered to the appropriate location.
