We are looking for Food Vendors for Car Show in the Depot on April 30th! If you would like to participate in our event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators.The City of Lawrenceville is proud to present Show Your Ride for the Ribbons: Car Show in the Depot, a high octane block party benefitting Beyond the Ribbon, a local non-profit which provides support for many of our neighbors who have been diagnosed with Cancer. This FREE EVENT in the Lawrenceville Depot District offers something for everyone to enjoy! DJ Supreme will rev your engine with eclectic beats while you browse up to 200 of the wildest rides around. Sip craft beers from Ironshield and SlowPour while you “gear up” for a great LIVE MUSIC lineup with Eddie 9v’s throwback blues/rock flavor and Danii Roundtree’s dreamy Jazz excellence and sultry vibes. Shop local vendors, hang out with classic pinup girls, and eat from a variety of fantastic food pop! No Childcare? No worries! There will be a fun kidzone with an inflatable slide and lawn games.

DTL Rocks! (Downtown Lawrenceville Rocks!) is a free, all-ages rock-painting booth sponsored by the Lawrenceville Arts Commission, along with a generous donation of supplies from the Lawrenceville Woman's Club. This application is for volunteers to help run the booth, distribute paint and supplies to event-goers, and clean up. Volunteers are also welcome to paint their own rocks as examples! Volunteers should expect that paint and water may get on your clothing during the event, so please dress appropriately or bring a smock and/or apron. Volunteers must be registered in order to volunteer. To ensure safety, volunteers must adhere to guidelines placed by the city.

City of Lawrenceville Volunteers will assist with load-in/load-out, information booth, donation collection, and general beautification. We hope you will join us this year, as we are in search of incredible volunteers to ensure a successful event in our community. Volunteers will receive a T-shirt, but sizes are limited. Volunteers must be registered to volunteer. When filling out your application please use your email address, if you use an email associated with a school we may be unable to send you the event details.
