Parking instructions
C4 takes place at the MAC Multi-Purpose Athletic Center Facility, a venue with multiple free parking areas surrounding the building. Please review the parking guide below to make your arrival smooth and stress-free.
Primary Parking – MAC Multi-Purpose Athletic Center Facility
It is the best option for attendees, vendors unloading small items, and those needing general access. Spaces may fill quickly, especially during major tournaments, so early arrival is recommended.
♿ ADA and Accessible Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available directly in front of the MAC Multi-Purpose Athletic Center Facility and along the east side of the building. A valid placard or license plate is required to use these designated spaces.
Areas Where Parking Is Not Allowed
Please do not park in fire lanes, or in coned-off areas reserved for staff or emergency access. Vehicles parked in restricted locations may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Rideshare and Drop-Off Zone
Rideshare vehicles, carpools, and parent drop-offs should use the front loop driveway for quick and safe access.

Health & safety
C4 is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all attendees, vendors, staff, competitors, and guests. Please review the following Health and Safety Guidelines to help ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone throughout the weekend.
Personal Hygiene
Attendees are expected to maintain good personal hygiene. Regular showers, clean clothing, and handwashing help keep shared gaming spaces comfortable for all. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue.
Wellness and Illness
If you are feeling sick, showing symptoms of illness, or have recently been exposed to a contagious condition, please stay home or return at another time. This protects players in close proximity during tournaments and helps prevent interruptions to competitive play.
First Aid and Emergency Assistance
Basic first aid supplies will be available at the convention’s Information Desk. For more serious concerns, staff may contact local emergency services. If you witness or experience a medical issue, notify a staff member immediately. Do not attempt medical assistance unless qualified.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of a building-wide emergency, severe weather, fire alarm, or evacuation order, please follow all staff instructions and exit the building calmly. Familiarize yourself with the nearest exits and gathering points upon arrival.
Bag Checks and Security
Large bags may be subject to visual inspection upon entry. This helps ensure a safe environment and protects valuable trading card materials and equipment brought by attendees. Security personnel and event staff will be present throughout the venue.
Food and Drink
Food and drink are allowed only in designated areas and must be kept off tournament tables and play surfaces. Spills can damage cards, equipment, and venue property. Please dispose of all trash in appropriate containers.
Tournament Space Courtesy
Do not block aisles, exits, or walkways with gaming materials or personal belongings. Keep your play space tidy and follow any posted seating or table-use guidelines. Respect the personal space of players and judges during matches.
Children and Families
Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The Community Center is a public, shared venue, and keeping children close ensures their safety and prevents disruptions to games.

C4 strives to provide an accessible experience for all attendees. The venue offers accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms. If you need accommodations or assistance, please visit the Information Desk or speak with a staff member.
Code of Conduct
Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, aggressive behavior, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. Respect fellow attendees, staff, judges, and vendors at all times. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
Cleaning and Venue Care
Help keep the venue clean. Dispose of trash, recyclables, and food containers properly. Do not leave play areas cluttered with packaging or personal waste. Treat the venue with care so C4 can continue to grow year after year.
Service Animals
Only trained service animals are permitted inside the facility, in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
Lost and Found
Lost items may be brought to or claimed at the Information Desk. C4 and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including cards, decks, or trade binders.

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to or attending C4: Carson City Card Convention, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, vendors, staff, and guests.
Admission and Credentials
All attendees must possess a valid ticket or badge to enter the event. Badges must be worn visibly at all times while inside the venue. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated and may not be resold without written permission from event organizers. Lost or stolen badges may not be replaced.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule changes, guest cancellations, tournament format changes, or personal inability to attend.
Event Hours and Access
Event hours are subject to change without notice. Re-entry may be restricted during peak times or special events. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees who do not comply with event rules or venue policies.
Tournaments and Competitive Play
Participation in tournaments is subject to additional rules, policies, and eligibility requirements as determined by tournament organizers, judges, and game publishers where applicable. Decisions made by judges and event staff are final. Unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, collusion, or harassment may result in disqualification and removal from the event without refund.
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others. Harassment, intimidation, threats, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes verbal, physical, and online conduct related to the event. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and possible banning from future events.
Photography and Media Release
By attending C4, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. These images and recordings may be used by event organizers and partners without compensation or notification.
Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times. C4 and the MAC Multi-Purpose Athletic Center Facility are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, including but not limited to cards, decks, trade binders, electronics, or personal property.
Prohibited Items and Activities
Weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials, and any items prohibited by law or venue policy are not allowed. The sale, distribution, or display of counterfeit or illegal merchandise is strictly prohibited. Event staff reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items and take appropriate action.
Venue Rules
Attendees must comply with all rules and policies set by the MAC Multi-Purpose Athletic Center Facility. Blocking aisles, exits, or emergency access points is prohibited. Food and beverages must be kept out of tournament play areas unless otherwise permitted.
Minors
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of minors in their care.
Accessibility
C4 strives to be accessible to all attendees. Requests for accommodations should be made in advance when possible. While every effort will be made to assist, some limitations may exist due to venue constraints.
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at C4 is voluntary. By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation in a public event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of property.
Enforcement and Removal
Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee at their discretion for violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct, or Health and Safety Guidelines. Removal does not entitle the attendee to a refund.
Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on official event platforms when available.
By entering the event venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
