2 Events in One: Buffalo's Cheeesiest Event - Our 3rd Year Mac and Cheese Festival - has Combined with the Buffalo Wing a Ding Ding Wing and Fried Chicken Festival! Exciting Location - Buffalo Riverworks. Food Vendors can sell Mac and Cheese and/or fried chicken and wings - more money for all! Other Vendors always do great at this Festival.

Food Vendors - PLEASE READ:
 
1)You can sell Mac and Cheese, Wings, Fried Chicken and variations like Mac and Cheese Sliders, fried chicken sandwiches, etc.,
 
2) You will Only accept our Food Tickets for all your food sales (no beverage sales allowed),
 
3)You get $1.40/food ticket - (You must have 1 item that is "Sample Size=1 ticket=$1.40 - All other items can be multiple food tickets)
 
4)Sample sizes (Sold for 1 ticket - a Sample is 1 Ticket!) "suggested":
 
-2 to 3 oz. of Mac and Cheese (plain or no toppings),
-1 Single Wingette or 1 Single Drumette (not a whole wing - that's 2+ tickets)
 
5)You can sell your Food at 1-5 Food Tickets per dish (eg. Dish 1: 3 Tickets, Dish 2: 5 Tickets, etc.) 
 
6)You get $1.40/Food Ticket you collect for selling your food - we count the tickets every hour or so and at the end of the evening we pay your company by corporate check - most Vendors do a few thousand tickets - which at $1.40/ticket is very profitable!)
 
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Specialty Food Vendor-Desserts/Snacks/Sauces, etc.

Snacky-Type Foods (Desserts, Sauces, Candy, Jerky, Popcorn, Ice Cream, etc.) includes 10x10 space - You keep 100% of the proceeds - you are responsible to pay all VA Sales Tax and to bring all your own equipment and tables.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
NY State Cider/Winery/Distillery Beverage Vendor
Deadline: May 12, 2023
VA Produced Beverages Only - "Sample and Sell" of VA State "produced" beverages - Includes one (1) dedicated 10x10 tasting space + (1) 8' Table + Trash Removal. Wine/Beverage Pickup Station provided by TasteUSA at no-extra charge. Vendors will be contacted separately with logistical information regarding product sales and delivery.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Winery/Distillery/Cidery/Brewery Vendor (Out of State)
