Little Elm Craft Brew & Que is a beer and BBQ festival with Texas Country music artists performing throughout the event. Festivities include beer and wine tastings from national award-winning breweries and wineries, live music, BBQ tastings from pit masters across Texas, VIP passes with extra perks, contests, shopping, and an amazing fireworks show! The event is from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Little Elm Park, 701 W. Eldorado Parkway, Little Elm, TX 75068.

Parking instructions

Vendors will receive one complimentary parking pass. Additional parking passes are $25.00 per car.

Sample Brewery will receive:

10 x 10 booth space
One table and two chairs
Ice
Access to refrigerated truck
Full-scale marketing and promotion, with advertising and branding of you brewery and beer at the event

Premier Brewery will receive:

20 x 10 booth space in premier location facing the stage
Beer samples in the VIP tent
One table and two chairs
Ice
Access to refrigerated truck
Full-scale marketing and promotion with advertising and branding of you brewery and beer at the event

Breweries provide:

Packaged product. If you have only have draft, you must provide your own equipment.
Brand ambassadors or beer cards for servers to use.
Any equipment you may need such as extension cords, dollies, etc.
Tent and signage if tent is not branded
Beer- we ask for the opportunity to buy the beer wholesale.
Digital copy of logo emailed to specialevents@littleelm.org

Winery Application

Brand ambassadors
Any equipment you may need such as extension cords, dollies, etc.
Wine for tasting by the glass
Wine by the bottle for retail
Tent and signage if tent is not branded
Digital copy sent to specialevents@littleelm.org
