Join us in the backyard for an afternoon of weights and drinks with Brett and his mobile gym! Parking is first come, first serve. Please be sure to bring a sweat towel (if you prefer) and a water bottle.
There will be 2 HIIT classes beginning at 12pm and 1pm. See you all there!
