Boo Fest 2025

BooFest invites local businesses, organizations, and community members to showcase their creativity by decorating a 10x10 booth space with festive Halloween décor. This family-friendly event is centered around community connection and giving back, offering a unique opportunity to engage with thousands of local families in a safe and spirited environment.

While BooFest is not intended for direct sales, vendors are encouraged to bring promotional items to share and help create a fun, memorable experience for attendees. It’s a great way to highlight your organization, build positive community relationships, and be part of a night filled with celebration, laughter, and Halloween magic.

Participants must provide their own tent, table, chairs, decorations, candy/giveaways, and any other supplies. Please come prepared with atleast 5,000 pieces of candy or equivalent giveaways, as over 8,000 guests are expected.

By applying, you are committing to host a decorated booth along the City of Lawrenceville’s BooFest Treat Trail.

Event Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Vendor Setup: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Live music and entertainment will take place throughout the evening. Application approvals and payments will be processed during September and October. Load-in details will be emailed on the Monday before the event.

Boofest is looking for food vendors who want to share their spookiest creations with us! Food vendors can serve snacks, full meals, desserts, or any combination. Boofest is one of the many events that happen every year in Lawrenceville. We enjoy bringing this fan-favorite event back every year and are always continuing to look for new and exciting ways to keep the spirit of Halloween alive! This event is from 6 PM—9 PM; however, vendors will be loading between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public at 6:00 PM.

Late vendors will forfeit their spot.  Application approvals for this event will take place throughout September and October. If your application is approved, you will be charged during those dates. Additional load-in information will be sent via email on the Monday before the event.  Boofest features live music and entertainment throughout the event, so please be aware of that when preparing for it.  If you would like to be considered as one of our vendors for this event, please fill out the application and wait for our Event Coordinators ' approval. Please note that there will be no access to electricity.

Please note that you will need to provide your own tent, table, chairs, décor, candy/giveaways, and any additional event supplies. 

By completing this application, you commit to participating in the City of Lawrenceville's BooFest as an activity host. This event is a giveback opportunity for the Lawrenceville and surrounding communities. 

With over 6,000 attendees expected, it’s essential to come well-prepared. Many participants underestimate how much they will need. We want all booths to be able to engage fully with our guests.

BooFest is a community celebration designed to provide a safe, fun, and festive Halloween experience while connecting families with the local businesses and organizations that make our community special. The event will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with vendor setup available between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM on the event day (Friday). All vendors must be ready to greet guests by 6:00 PM. Late arrivals will forfeit their spot.
