Spooky, scary, skeletons! Grab your costume and kick off October with ghoulish grub (event runs in conjunction with Food Truck Mania), vendors, and trick-or-treating (pre-registration required). Space is limited, secure your ticket ($2 entry ticket per child) beginning September 1st. Seeking Trunks: Represent your group, company, business, or family. Decorate a trunk and hand out treats. Register your trunk today! We're actively seeking sponsors and partners. If you're interested, please email events@ . Description
This ticket grants one child entry to the Trunk or Treat zone at the Boo Bash event. Please arrive during your designated entry time. Adults DO NOT NEED A TICKET to escort your child through the trunk or treat zone. Last entry into the trick or treat zone is 7pm, zone will close at 7:30pm.

Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations for the express purpose of distributing and disseminating information and educational material. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Any applicant applying to participate in the festival as a non-profit must provide evidence of their non-profit status. A non-profit is defined as one of the following:•A corporation incorporated pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law that is exempt from taxation and can show proof with a 501(c)3 form from the Internal Revenue Service.•An organization that was organized and is in operation for charitable purposes and meets the requirements of Section214 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.•10% of available booth spaces will be allocated to Non-profits. After all allocated Non-profit booth spaces have been filled, Non-profits can come in at Company Booth rate.

This application is to register your vehicle as a trunk in the trunk or treat zone. THIS IS NOT AN APPLICATION TO HAVE AN INFORMATIONAL OR MERCHANDISE BOOTH (please complete a vendor application if you would like to have a vendor booth).

 

Each vehicle must be decorated in some way, though the decorations do not need to be Halloween themed. Vehicle decorations must be socially acceptable and appropriate for children younger than age 5. All trunk participants must supply their own candy or treats for up to 750 children. We highly suggest staying away from candy/treats with nuts.

 

Last entry to the trunk or treat will be 7:00pm with the event ending at 7:30pm. All vehicles must stay put for the duration of the event time for safety purposes and will not be allowed to leave early.

 

More information regarding setup and details will be sent closer to the event date.

This category also includes those that are recognized by CA BOE as 6015 retailers or Qualified Itinerants. If you are selling multiple product lines you are required to purchase a booth space for each product.
