With attendance typically exceeding 1,000 guests, Boo Bash provides a great opportunity to engage with local families while distributing candy and promotional materials.


Vendor Information
The City will provide each vendor with:
- 1 table
- 2 chairs
- Table cloths are NOT provided

 

  • Each vendor is responsible for providing their own candy.
  • Vendors are required to bring at least 750 pieces of candy (approximately 3 or 4 Costco-sized bags). This will ensure plenty of candy for the duration of the event. 
  • Vendors may distribute organization information, promotional materials, business cards, flyers, and other marketing items.
  • Posters, banners, and other materials that help promote your organization are encouraged.

 

Important Vendor Guidelines

  • Vendor spaces are intended for a brief trick-or-treat stop, where families can receive candy and information from participating organizations.
  • Outles are available based upon which booth price is selected. (Limited outlets available)
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional supplies or materials they may need inclduing but not limted to extendsion cords, tape, pens, etc.

 

Electronic Agreement
This is an electronic agreement. By selecting and reserving a vendor booth, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and requirements outlined above. Your booth selection serves as your electronic signature and approval of this agreement.
