As a ticket taker, you will be stationed at the entrance to check and collect tickets from attendees starting at 3:00 PM. Your responsibilities may include:
• Greeting attendees with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Scanning or visually checking both printed and digital tickets
• Issuing wristbands (if applicable)
• Directing guests to seating areas or event locations
• Answering basic event questions (you’ll be provided with an info sheet)
• Monitoring the entry area to help maintain a smooth flow of foot traffic
Expectations:
• Arrive promptly and be ready by 3:45 PM for any last-minute instructions
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Wear your volunteer badge/shirt if provided, to identify yourself as event staff

As a General Event Help volunteer, you will play a key role in supporting a fun, safe, and organized experience for all attendees. Tasks may include:
• Greeting guests and offering directions or assistance
• Handing out flyers, brochures, or event materials
• Taking or scanning tickets at entry points
• Monitoring entry/exit areas and reporting any safety concerns
• Assisting with setup or breakdown as needed
• Being a visible, friendly presence throughout the event
Requirements:
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods
Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with others

As a Setup & Breakdown volunteer, you will assist with preparing and wrapping up the event space. This is a hands-on role that includes moving equipment and organizing materials before and after the event.
Responsibilities May Include:
• Setting up tables, chairs, tents, signage, and decorations
• Assisting with unloading and loading supplies
• Helping position and test sound or lighting equipment (under supervision)
• Assisting vendors or performers with their setup needs
• Cleaning up and packing items post-event
• Taking down tents and equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs is helpful but not required for all tasks
• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
• Arrive early (or stay late) depending on your shift assignment
Note:
Volunteers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Gloves and safety gear will be provided as needed.

• Manage the raffle table and raffle ticket sales

• Being a visible, friendly presence throughout the event
