This festive market offers our community a unique opportunity to enjoy both daytime and nighttime shopping in a charming, holiday-inspired setting. With live music on the museum pavilion and a curated selection of artisan vendors, it’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season.
The vendor fee is $60 until Sept 6th. From Sept 7th through Nov 15th, the vendor fee will be $75. All vendor spaces will be located on the grass to accommodate the live music performance on the pavilion stage. This is a rain or shine event, and your non-refundable booth fee will be charged after application approval & booth selection.

This application is for non food vendors such as artists, crafters, makers including crotchet, jewelry, soaps, body products, sewing, wood/metal/leather work, candles, wreath makers, sublimated items, etc.
DO NOT include food items on this application - even under "other" in the application question categories! This application is for vendors who are not required to be in compliance with the State of Florida food or department of agriculture laws & regulations. If you include food on this application, your application will be denied.
We limit same type vendors at our market. To be fair to vendors who primarily focus on food & beverage items, we expect our artisans/crafters to focus on non food & beverage items.
If you sell accessories with your handmade items that are not able to be produced by you, (resale items), those items cannot comprise more than 10% of your overall products. This does not pertain to product packaging. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, items such as soap dishes to be sold with your handmade soaps or candle snuffers that are sold with your handmade candles.

This application is for vendors offering Beverages (non-alcohol), (Ex: lemonades, dirty sodas, boboa teas, coffees, etc.), Ice Cream, Snow Cones/Shaved Ice, Desserts & Foods not included in Florida Cottage Food Regulations, (Ex: Foods with dairy/buttercream/puddings/olive salads/charcuterie/catering/etc).
These are foods that require either a commercial kitchen license, catering, and/or mobile food vending license.
This application is not for for meal type foods, (burgers, hot dogs, pizza, American fare, BBQ, etc). If you offer meals/hot foods from a Food Truck, you will need to fill out the Food Truck application.
There will be a place on this application for you to upload the appropriate licensing/certification you are required to hold for your specific food or beverage type. If you do not have this, you will not be able to complete this application as it is a required field.

Use this application if you will be bringing items such as freezer meats/farm fresh eggs/locally grown produce/raw milk/hemp products & you may include honey in this application if it is in conjunction with aforementioned items. If you only sell honey, please use the Cottage Food Application.
If you require electricity for a portable freezer, please select an 11' x 11' space on the pavilion. If you provide your own quiet power source, then you may select a 10' x 10' on the grass field.

The Live Oak Artisan Market enjoys supporting the local community, therefore we offer a limited number of discounted Not For Profit or Community Service spaces on the grass field. This application is for Not For Profit and/or Community Service type organizations.
You will be assigned a booth space on the grass once your application has been approved.
Please note: If your organization takes monetary donations at the market, you must be registered with the IRS under the 501(C3) designation.
We do not allow individuals to set up as a not for profit and take monetary donations, (ex: raising money for an individual or family).

Tent weight rentals include a set of 2 weights, made of schedule 40 PVC, heavy duty concrete and eye hooks, weighing 25 lbs per tent weight, for a total of 50 lbs. Ratchet straps will be provided to attach the weights to your tent. Renter is responsible for set up and break down - rental includes weights and ratchet straps only.
