Calling all Craft Vendors!! Come and join us on the farm for great music and a wonderful celebration for all! We are looking for fun and unique vendors for this event. Apply today so we can see what you have to offer! Submission of an application does not assure a vendor space at this event. We will make selections ASAP and you will receive an acceptance, rejection or waitlist reply by email within 2 weeks of submitting your application. We are expecting a crowd size of 2000 people for this weekend, September 2-4. Most patrons will arrive Friday and depart Monday. Music will start Friday evening, with the majority of the programming on Saturday and Sunday. Refer to our website for a full schedule of the music and plan your hours accordingly. Vendors can close at dusk, if you prefer, or stay open for evening traffic. Fees for craft booths are relative to the amount of frontage required. Choices are either 10' frontage x 10' depth ($375), or 20' frontage x 10' depth ($500). We also have a few spaces with 10' frontage x 20' depth ($725). Credit card information will be collected with this application, but only charged after acceptance emails are sent. We will wait 2 days from that time to charge the fees to your card.Fees include wristbands for your staff, plus parking/camping stickers for each of your vehicles. Vendors in 10'x10' spaces get 2 wristbands and 1 sticker. Vendors in 20' x10' spaces get 4 wristbands and 2 stickers. Overnight camping is included with vending fees. Camping or parking is NOT allowed directly behind your booth. You will be able to unload at your booth and then vehicles must be moved to nearby reserved camping or parking areas.Our vendor gate will open Friday at 9am. Vendors may stay till Monday morning.Electric is within reach of vending space, but each vendor needs to bring their own extension cords. Be as efficient as you can. Our electric supply does not allow for air conditioners in RVs.Each vendor is required to submit a certificate of liability from your insurance company listing Great Blue Heron Music Festival and Steve & Julie Rockcastle as additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis with a waiver of subrogation in their favor. Volunteering for The Heron Farm & Event Center is a fun and rewarding experience! You can volunteer for 9 hours scheduled throughout the Labor day weekend September 2-4 which earns your weekend pass to the festival. You’ll feel good pitching in to help make The Heron a safe and fun weekend for all. Please fill out an application to become a part of our team! Volunteers earn a free ticket to the event. No meals or vehicle camping stickers are available to earn, UNLESS you are scheduled for extra hours, take a leadership position, and are granted these extras by volunteer coordination. . Choose only one crew (application) please fill out thoroughly and also please pick your ow Choose 3 different shifts in the same department. You must spread the hours out between 2 or 3 days. Returning Volunteers: Everyone needs to fill out an application because we have new software. Please understand that many aspects of the festival may be different than in the past and our coordination team is all new. They will be doing their best to find the best placement and schedule for you. New Volunteers: Fill out your application, a deposit of $75 will be required for anyone volunteering for their first two years. You will be e-mailed an invoice for the deposit after your application is approved by our coordination team.
