We are excited to bring you Bestival 2024! Last year was a success with our food vendors and licensed patio area, so we're adding more this year! Space is limited so don't delay.

Food vendors can setup Friday Sept. 13th from 5:00pm - 10:30pm and Saturday Sept. 14th from 10:00am - 10:30pm.

Calling all "Mini Makers" and "Kid Entrepreneurs" we are looking for vendors for our first ever "mini market."

 If you are between the ages of 8 and 16 and have a craft, art, product or service that you sell, please have your parent or guardian fill out the below form. 

 

We will be supplying a table and two chairs for each vendor. We do not have access to electricity.

 

The Market Runs in our Kids Area on Saturday from 10:00am - 5:00pm. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entire duration of the market. Parent or guardian are expected to be present at all times.

 

Wanted - musicians, bands, performers from any genre who have an amazing act to share! If you would like your musical performance to be a part of the 2024 Belmont Village Bestival please fill out this application. Where possible, please attached original material and video clips. 

 

Please note that our Artistic Director can not respond to every application but will contact any acts that are of interest.

One workshop or demonstration per application, please submit a separate application for each proposed workshop. Artists can propose up to 3 projects.
