Location: - Free parking is available at Perry National Fairgrounds, located at 401 Larry Walker Pkwy, Perry, GA 31069. 2. Parking Areas: - General Parking: All attendees are encouraged to use the designated general parking areas on the fairgrounds. Look for signs directing you to these spots. - Accessible Parking: Designated accessible parking is available near the entrance for guests with disabilities. Please display your ADA permit visibly in your vehicle. 3. Entry Points: - Access the fairgrounds through the main entrance off Larry Walker Parkway. Hand Hygiene: - Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the festival grounds. We encourage all attendees to use hand sanitizer regularly, especially before eating and after using common areas. ### 3. Physical Distancing: - Please practice physical distancing when possible, especially in lines and crowded areas. We recommend maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from others, particularly if they do not belong to your party. ### 4. Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Categories: Artists may apply in up to 3 categories. You must submit a separate application for each category. If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural. Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted. Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted. Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece. Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments. Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature. Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium. Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

By attending any event organized by Extreme Dreams Events, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Code of Conduct • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally toward other guests, vendors, and event staff. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund. • Any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited. 2. Health and Safety • Attendees must adhere to all health and safety guidelines set forth by Extreme Dreams Events, including any local regulations or COVID-19 protocols. • Attendees should stay home if feeling ill or exhibiting symptoms of illness. Extreme Dreams Events is not responsible for any health issues or injuries that may arise during the event. 3. Photography and Media • By attending Extreme Dreams Events, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. These images or videos may be used in social media, advertisements, or other event-related media. 4. Personal Property • Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event. Extreme Dreams Events is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 5. Event Changes or Cancellations • North Atlanta Events reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or participants at any time. • In the event of a cancellation by North Atlanta Events, attendees will be notified, and efforts will be made to reschedule 6. Alcohol and Drugs • Alcohol consumption is not allowed on property • The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on event premises. Extreme Dreams Events reserves the right to remove any attendee violating this policy. 7. Indemnification • By attending the event, attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extreme Dreams Events, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of their participation in the event. 8. Liability • Attendees understand and accept that by participating in Extreme Dreams Events, they do so at their own risk. Extreme Dreams Events is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. 9.
