About the application
Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Categories: Artists may apply in up to 3 categories. You must submit a separate application for each category. If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural. Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted. Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted. Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece. Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments. Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature. Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artistβs original source material is acceptable. Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium. Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
VENDOR PARTICIPATION
Vendor agrees to participate in the above-named event and to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Vendors are expected to remain at their designated booths for the duration of the event unless one of the following occurs:

PRODUCT SELL-OUT
If the vendorβs inventory is completely sold out, they may pack up and leave, provided they notify a representative of Extreme Dreams Events prior to departure.

EMERGENCY
In the event of an emergency requiring the vendor to leave early,they must immediately inform an Extreme Dreams Events team member before departing the premises.
BOOTH SPACE & SET UP
VENDORS Β SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS, & TENT unless provided by Extreme Dreams Events.
Vendors shall be responsible for ALL setup and tear down of their booth.
Vendor shall NOT extend their display beyond the allocated space without prior approval.

FEES AND PAYMENT
The Vendor agrees to pay a booth fee to the Organizer.
Payment must be made in fullΒ
Refunds:Β BOOTH FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Vendors shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and permits applicable to their participation in the event.
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining any licenses or permits required to sell their products or services.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Vendorβs property during the event.
Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Organizer, its staff, and representatives from any claims arising out of Vendorβs participation, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES
The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of items deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Vendors shall not use open flames, hazardous materials, or other restricted items without prior written consent.
TERMINATION
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove the Vendor from the event for failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. In such cases,Β NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any cancellation or disruption of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Organizer and the Vendor and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

MAKE-UPS
Vendors will be given the opportunity to make up for an event missed, unsuccessful sales, and/or canceled event due to inclement weather or discretion by the event organizer. ALL EVENTS MUST BE DONE WITHIN THE SAME PHYSICAL YEAR.

| 10x10 Booth | $195.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. You will be provided with one 8' foot table and two chairs. You may bring one extra table, stands and/or banner, but items must not hinder adjacent vendors. |
