This application is intended for vendors interested in selling licensed and bulk produced merchandise. If you intend on selling fan art or hand made pieces, please see our Artist Alley registration information. In order to vend at Anime Weekend Atlanta, you must be approved by AWA. If you are interested in purchasing booth space please fill out our dealer application with as much detail as possible. Any omissions or inaccurate information may result in a rejection or delay in processing of your form. Your card will be charged upon acceptance of your application.

Vendor Badge Pricing  
Your first booth comes with 4 badges. One (1) badge will be included with each additional booth you purchase; you must indicate you want these badges on the application. Any additional badges will be available for $90 and must also be indicated on the application. If you need to purchase additional badges at the show, they will be available for $150.

Booth prices do not include power or communication; We will contact you with the link to the forms closer to the show.   Booth prices include pipe and drape, 1 table, and 2 chairs. We will contact you with the show decorator’s pricing closer to the show.  

Covid-19                 
COVID19 Policies are TBA. If you are unable to get vaccinated due to personal reasons, please take extra precautions to avoid getting sick. Exhibitors must follow all sanitation protocols established for the convention such as wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer. We will provide updates via email and on our website leading up to the event as our policies change over the next year. 

AWA is not responsible in any manner for any risks related to COVID-19 in connection the event. The World Health Organization has classified the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic and that COVID-19 is a highly contagious and dangerous disease, and that contact with the virus that causes COVID-19 may result in significant personal injury or death regardless of vaccination status.  

Insurance *New Policy*
All exhibitors will be required to show proof of insurance and must list AWA, LLC as an additional insured. We have no control over this new requirement nor can we waive this requirement for any vendor. For those who do not normally maintain business or event insurance, we will be working with an insurance broker who can provide the insurance at a discounted price. We will email more details regarding this closer to the show next year.

All cash payments must be made to the registration department (Located in the Cobb Galleria on the lower level) during the hours listed below. Please go to the Special Registration Desk only if you are paying by cash.

Booth Cancellations      
Booths cannot be refunded but may be transferred to the following year on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at dealers@awa-con.com if you have registered and will be unable to attend the 2024 show. No transfers will be allowed after September 1, 2024.

Japanese Snack Vendors        
The World Congress Center does not allow sales of Food or Beverage, but we are currently working with them to have an exception made for prepackaged Japanese snacks. We cannot guarantee that any food or beverages will be allowed to be sampled or sold. We will not provide any refunds regardless of the policies decided by the center.
 
Weapons Vendors *New Policy*                     
Weapons such as swords, knives, and other metallic and /or firing weapons can be sold during the convention by mail order only. Dealers are allowed to have weapons for display purposes only. Dealers must complete and comply with the addendum to this contract in order to be permitted to sell and display bladed weapons. All displays must be inside display cases or secured in such a way that attendees are unable to access them.

•        Any goods and services deemed illegal under the laws of the United States of America, the state of Georgia and Fulton County, GA o This includes unlicensed Music CDs, Video CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray Discs, Computer and Video Game software)  
  
•        Audio and Video CDs from SonMay (SM), Golden Apple, Game Music, GGG Anime Soundtrack, Golden Anime, FX, Ever Anime A8, GM, Alion and Best Song Collections  
  
•        Unlicensed pins, Wall Scrolls, Toys, Models (Resin or Vinyl kits), Decals, Stickers, and Posters that are not properly marked and labeled with the appropriate copyright information  
  
•        Themed apparel from unlicensed work o Hats, Headbands, etc  
      
•        Unlicensed Art Books or Manga  
  
•        Fanart

Artist Alley Setup & Takedown                          
Sign-in and initial setup will begin on Wednesday, December 11th from 2 to 10pm just inside the loading bay doors. The exhibit hall is not open to attendees on this day.   
Take-down will begin at 5pm on Sunday, December 15th and last until 6pm. You must vacate your table and have your area completely clean by 6pm. Failure to remove all items will result in a $250 cleaning fee.   
During load-in, please unload all materials at the loading dock, then remove your vehicle from the loading area before setting up your table. Likewise, at load-out, please pack all your materials and have them ready to be packed into your vehicle before bringing your vehicle to the loading dock.  
 
Table Pricing                 
Each table costs $300 and consists of one 6-foot table, 1 exhibitor badge and 1 chair. Each artist may only have 1 table in order to maximize the number of artists accepted to the alley.  
Artists may purchase up to two additional badges for $100 each, either with their table or at the convention. Only people with an exhibitor’s badge may run an Artist’s Alley Table.  
 
 
Payment Options                         
All payments must be online. Once your application has been received and approved, you will receive an invoice to the specified email address.

Portfolio Guidelines
  • Your portfolio should be YOUR portfolio
    We allow for collaborations with other artists, but these should be clearly identified as such.
  • Your portfolio must consist of at least 12 pictures or examples of your art
    These pieces should showcase your best work, and be representative of what you will display or sell at your table.
  • Your portfolio must include a picture/drawing of your display
    Provide a photo from another convention or, if it is your first time vending at a convention, provide a mock-up drawing or photo of how you intend to display.
  • Your portfolio should be available at a single url.
    The portfolio link you submit should NOT include extraneous content (such as random photos, shared/traced art, blog posts, etc)
  • Please make sure your portfolio stays online
    Make sure your portfolio is accessible from the time you apply through September 1. If you have an issue with your site, please contact us so we don’t assume it’s down forever.
  • While digital artwork is accepted, AI artwork is not allowed.
