Each booth consists of one 10' x 10' pipe and drape section. Please note that the booth includes a table and 2 chairs.

Covid-19

COVID19 Policies are TBA. If you are unable to get vaccinated due to personal reasons please take extra precautions to avoid getting sick. Exhibitors must follow all sanitation protocols established for the convention such as wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer. We will provide updates via email and on our website leading up to the event as our policies chance over the next year. AWA is not responsible in any manner for any risks related to COVID-19 in connection to the event. The World Health Organization gas classified the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic and the COVID-19 is a highly contagious and dangerous disease, and that contact with the virus that causes COVID-19 may result in significant personal injury or death regardless of vaccination status.

Insurance New Policy

All Vendors are now required event insurance and it must be included with application to be accepted. AWA, LLC must be listed as an Additional Insured with COI as the following: AWA, LLC 5600 Oakbrook parkway Ste 210 Norcross GA 30093. Insurance is available for purchase through Eventeny.

Booth Cancellations

Booths cannot be refunded but may be transferred to the following year on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at dealers@awa-con.com if you have registered and will be unable to attend the 2026 show. No transfers will be allowed after October 1st, 2026.

Japanese Snack Vendors- UPDATED

Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer for the Georgia World Congress Center. They do not allow outside food and beverages. We do not have any control over this process. We know that Levy's and the GWCC have not enforced this policy at other events held at their facilities. During the event at any point, Levy's or the GWCC may shut your booth down or require you to pay an additional buyout fee (typically it is $1250 per day for food vendors).

Weapons Vendors 

Weapons such as swords, knives, and other metallic and /or firing weapons can be sold during the convention but must be sold in sealed boxes to persons 18 and older. Vendor is to instruct purchaser that they are to take item to either their hotel room or vehicle and are not permitted to open item on facility grounds.

18+ Policy

All images and merchandise must ensure no lewd or sexually explicit content is visible. "Lewd" is defined as any content that is sexually suggestive, indecent, or intended to cause sexual arousal. This policy includes but not limited to following: adult material, Nudity and partial nudity (For the purposes of this provision, the following definitions apply:• Nudity means total absence of clothing or covering for the human body.• Partial nudity means exposure of the female breast or the exposure of the male or female pubic area or buttocks.) sexually suggestive poses, excessive gore, or excessive violence, and pornography or otherwise excessive sexuality (hentai, yaoi, yuri,) as it pertains to art. These include both artistic and photographic types. This policy applies to both visual artwork and physical merchandise. Non-lewd explicit content may be allowed, but if your product doesn’t meet these guidelines, you must modify it to ensure compliance from all angles. Temporary fixes like Post-it notes are not allowed. Any product that doesn’t meet these standards must be hidden from public view and cannot be accessible to minors. Artwork can be in a binder or portfolio folder and handed to customers once ID has been verified. Merchandise items such as erotic body pillows, wall scrolls, etc.  must be sold in a similar manner as artwork. A catalog binder with images of the items available for sale can be handed to customers once ID has been verified. Photo ID is still required to be able to view and access these items outside of the curtained area. Should a vendor be caught disregarding this new policy they will be given a single warning. Upon second instance, they will be asked to close the shop immediately and leave at the end of the day.

Banned Items

These items cannot be sold under any circumstances at Anime Weekend Atlanta: 

• Any good and services deemed illegal under the laws of the United States of America, the state of Georgia and Fulton County, GA
• This includes unlicensed Music CDs, Video CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray Discs, Computer and Video Game software.
• Audio and Video CDs from SonMay (SM), Golden Apple, Game Music, GGG Anime Soundtrack, Golden Anime, FX, Ever Anime A8, GM, Alion and Best Songs Collections
• Unlicensed pins, Wall Scrolls, Toys, Models (Resin or Vinyl kits), Decals, Stickers, and Posters that are not properly marked and labeled with the appropriate copyright information. 
• Themed apparel from unlicensed works, hats, headbands, etc...
• Unlicensed Art Books, or Manga
• Fanart

     To accommodate this new policy AWA has created a new 18+ section that will be curtained off from public domain. This curtained area is part of the main exhibit hall and will obscure any material from view from the outside area. Any material sold in the 18+ section has open sell and does not require censorship. Government issued photo ID will be required as proof of age to be able to enter this age restricted area. Photo ID is still required to be able to view all age restricted material outside of the 18+ section.

A catalog binder with images of the items available for sale can be handed to customers once ID has been verified. Photo ID is still required to be able to view and access these items outside of the curtained area. Should a vendor be caught disregarding this new policy they will be given a single warning. Upon second instance, they will be asked to close the shop immediately and leave at the end of the day.

Banned Items

These items cannot be sold under any circumstances at Anime Weekend Atlanta: 

• Any good and services deemed illegal under the laws of the United States of America, the state of Georgia and Fulton County, GA
• This includes unlicensed Music CDs, Video CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray Discs, Computer and Video Game software.
• Audio and Video CDs from SonMay (SM), Golden Apple, Game Music, GGG Anime Soundtrack, Golden Anime, FX, Ever Anime A8, GM, Alion and Best Songs Collections
• Unlicensed pins, Wall Scrolls, Toys, Models (Resin or Vinyl kits), Decals, Stickers, and Posters that are not properly marked and labeled with the appropriate copyright information. 
• Themed apparel from unlicensed works, hats, headbands, etc...
• Unlicensed Art Books, or Manga
• Fanart

Anime Weekend Atlanta is very excited to announce applications for our Interstellar Spotlight Stage! This stage is for performers who would like their own stage show slot during AWA, and will be located in the video gaming hall. We are thrilled to be able to provide more opportunities for idols to perform live as well as gain experience on a multitude of stages.

This application is for virtual talents who wish to host a panel at Anime Weekend Atlanta. There will be a dedicated panel room that will allow for the Vtuber to see the audience and hear them through a general room microphone.

Welcome clubs, cons, and organizations!

Club Tables are tables in the main concourse, outside the Dealer’s Room and Main Events hall for groups, clubs, organizations, and even other conventions to advertise at during Anime Weekend Atlanta. Groups with club tables will be permitted to hand out fliers and swag, sell branded merch, and talk to attendees about their organization.

To apply for a table, please read through the FAQs and submit an application before November 15th, 2024. We have limited spaces, so please submit your form as early as possible.

FAQs

Will I receive badges with my Club Table?

• Reserving a Club Table does not include badges; you will need to buy a badge for each person working the table.

I want internet/power for my table, how can I get it?

• Power and Internet are available through the GWCC at an additional cost. We will have information on obtaining these for your table at the event.

Can I have videos/radio/music playing at my table?

• Any sound devices at your table must be kept at a low volume.

Are there any special requirements for having a table?

• Tables must be manned during the convention between:
  • Thursday 12pm – 6pm required (10am-8pm suggested)
  • Friday 10 am – 6pm required (8am-8pm suggested)
  • Sat 10 am – 6pm required (8am-8pm suggested)
  • Sun 10 am – 3pm required (8am-4pm suggested)
• If your table is not staffed during the above times, your table may be given to another group and you will not be eligible for a club table in future years.
• Please do not move or swap your assigned table. Tables are assigned in the order they are requested.
• Tables are for passing out information about your organization. To maintain a fair environment for our vendors, selling items without your organizations branding is prohibited. However, you are welcome to give away non-branded items.
• The Club tables are in a very high traffic area. Please make sure your table/display is not causing an unreasonable obstruction to smooth traffic flow. If your display becomes an obstruction to traffic, you will be asked to tone down your display.

I have a SUPER COOL display for my table- are there any limitations on displays?

• Any display must be free-standing. Nothing may be stuck/hung from the walls, floor, or ceiling.
• Displays may not be larger than 10ft tall or wide,  and may not extend into the walkway.
• AWA is a family-friendly convention so your display, flyers, handouts, etc. must be too.

Do you have an AWESOME Itasha vehicle that you would like to show off at our event? Submit your vehicle to be displayed with us below! All Applications will be collected by October 25th and Juried to see if they fit our guidelines! All Applicants will be notified by November 1st whether or not their vehicle has been chosen for Display in our Exhibition Hall throughout the weekend!
