About the event
Welcome to the Botanical Artisan Market application! We are so excited to work with the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens this year. We can't wait to curate another wonderful vendor market. Friday April 24th: 5pm - 8pm 2655 South Park Avenue Buffalo, NY 14218 There is a $50 vendor fee that will be charged upon acceptance. Vendors will be selected by Friday March 6th, so please ensure you have adequate funds in your linked account, as we are unable to accept your application if not. The vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any and all circumstances. If you are accepted and your brand is unable to vend, unfortunately you will forfeit your spot. What kinds of vendors are we looking for? For this market, we are primarily looking for innovative and creative vendors that use florals and foliage in their work, in order to match the Gardens' theme. If that does not apply to you, then this may not be the AVA event for you. What is included in the $50 vendor fee? One 6'-table and two chairs will provided for each vendor at their indicated spot. In addition, this fee includes logistical communication, event organization, and social media marketing from AVA Collective. All vendors must have their own NYS Sales Tax ID and Certificate of Authority in order to vend. AVA Collective is not responsible for any artisan that fails to meet these necessary requirements.
