Parking instructions
Vendor parking and load-in instructions will be provided upon acceptance. All vendors must follow the designated load-in, load-out, and parking instructions provided by the Special Events Team. Vendor vehicles may only enter approved areas during designated times. Unauthorized parking or vehicle access may result in relocation or removal from the event.

Health & safety
All vendors are expected to operate in a safe, clean, and professional manner throughout the event. Food vendors must comply with all applicable health department regulations. Temporary health permit coordination for approved vendors will be handled by the Special Events Team when applicable. Vendors using cooking equipment, generators, propane, open flames, or other potentially hazardous materials must follow all safety requirements and may be subject to inspection. Vendors must keep their assigned space clean, hazard-free, and fully contained within their approved footprint. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.

All vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, generators, extension cords, and all necessary setup materials unless otherwise noted.

This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined within this event and any related vendor application. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit vendor categories to ensure a balanced and high quality event experience. All events are rain or shine. If accepted, the payment method provided will be charged in accordance with the event timeline. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the Town of Little Elm. Vendors are responsible for complying with all event guidelines, Town ordinances, park rules, and applicable regulations. Failure to comply with event rules, setup requirements, or operational guidelines may result in removal from the event and/or denial of future participation
