The Atlanta Pride celebration is the largest gathering of LGBTQ+ people and our allies in the Southeast. The event features a two-day festival with music, merchandise, art, food, a parade, and a week's worth of educational and social events.

Parking instructions
Several parking decks are available around the festival grounds. However, ride share or public transit is encouraged.

Nonprofit
This application is for Nonprofit Organizations to participate in the official 2024 Atlanta Pride Marketplace.
 
To be considered a nonprofit, your organization must be listed as a 501(c)(3) organization with the IRS. The EIN for your organization must match the official IRS 501(c)(3) notice you received when given your 501(c)(3) status. Nonpolitical government agencies are also accepted.
 
Politicians, political groups and campaigns should use the Small Business Marketplace Application.
 
Nonrefundable Application
Please ensure you complete the correct form, as the $50 application fee is nonrefundable, even if you accidentally complete the wrong application. If you have questions about which form to complete, please email us at market@atlantapride.org for assistance. 
 
Charges and Fees
  • Application Fees - A $50 application fee will be charged upon submission
  • Booth fees and upgrades are charged upon approval.
  • Additional fees will be assessed for exhibitors who cancel within 30 days of the festival, do not check in on both Saturday and Sunday or leave their booth messy without checking out. 
 
Booth Selection 
Once approved, exhibitors are notified to choose their booth. These are offered on a first-selected basis. Additional charges apply for corner booths and high-demand areas. 
 
  • Booth - A standard 10' x 10' space. This includes one (1) six-foot table and two (2) chairs at no additional charge.
  • Corner Booth - A standard 10' x 10' space with one (1) neighboring booth and empty space on one side. Note: This space cannot be used for any purpose other than access to your booth. 
Insurance Requirements
As a standard requirement for all Pride Festival Vendors, it is essential to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you lack this coverage, we've arranged for all Exhibitors to access it at a significant discount by obtaining it as part of a group. To facilitate this process, please follow the link below to complete a brief questionnaire, pay online, and secure your Confirmation of Coverage. It is crucial to have proof of alternative coverage meeting these minimum requirements or to secure coverage through the provided link before your scheduled move-in date and/or the event registration deadline. Small Business Marketplace Application

Small Business / Political
This application is for Small Businesses to participate in the official 2024 Atlanta Pride Marketplace. To qualify as a small business, your organization must meet all of the following:
 
  • Less than $1 Million in annual revenue for your most recent fiscal year.
  • Operate only within the State of Georgia (out-of-state shipping is okay).
  • Have 20 or fewer employees.
If you do not meet at least two of the previous qualifications, your organization must apply to the Corporate applciation. 
In line with our commitment to amplifying the LGBTQ+ community in the State of Georgia, Atlanta Pride will prioritize small businesses based in Georgia. Small business applicants outside of Georgia who demonstrate strong ties to the Southeastern region will also be considered. Applicants not operating in Georgia may be placed on a waiting list due to high demand and limited availability.
 
Politicians, political groups, and campaigns are eligible to apply using this application.

Political Parade Application

This parade application allows Politicians, Political Groups and Campaigns currently seeking or serving an elected office or political party to participate in the 2024 Pride Festival.  
 
A Politician is defined as any person or campaign that is elected to public office. 
 
Examples of those who should complete this form:
 
  • City Council Members (seated or running)
  • Local Sherriff Officers (seated or running)
  • Judges / District Attorneys (seated or running)
  • Senators / Congress Person (seated or running)
  • Mayors or Governors (seated or running)
  • Local, Regional, or State Offices (seated or running)
  • Political Party Affiliate (Dems/Reps of Atlanta, etc.)

Definitions
 
  • Float - Any motorized vehicle that has a total of eighteen (18) feet or more as measured from the farthest front portion of the vehicle to the farthest back portion, including any trailers or attached decor. The price includes up to 100 pedestrian participants. Limited to a maximum of one (1) per parade entry. 
  • Standard Vehicle - Any motorized vehicle that has a total length of less than eighteen (18) feet as measured from the farthest front portion of the vehicle to the farthest back portion, including any trailers or attached decor. The price includes up to 50 pedestrian participants per vehicle. Limited to a maximum of three (3) per parade entry. 
  • Participant Add-on - An additional 50 participants for your entry. No regular parade entry may have a total of more than 150 total pedestrians.
Insurance Requirements
 
All drivers must have a valid Driver's License, and all vehicles must have valid insurance as per Georgia Law.
Nonprofit Parade Application

A Nonprofit Organization is defined as any registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization or government agency. 
 
Examples of acceptable nonprofit organizations:
 
  • Registered 501(c)(3) charitable organizations
  • Schools (public and private)
  • Student-led organizations (with school sponsorship)
  • Community organizations (garden clubs, nonpolitical special interests, etc.)
  • Foreign embassies / diplomatic corps
  • Government agencies (Dept. of Public Health, National Park Service, etc.)
Please do not complete this application if you are a politician or associated with a political party/organization.
