Please fill out this application if you are interested in being a vendor at our film community yard sale event on AUGUST16TH, 2025 @ PC&E from 9:00AM to 3:00PM.
This covers one 10 x 10 space for you to sell your items. You must provide your own table and or cart for showcasing the gear. You may purchase up to 3 spaces.
Disclaimers:
1. This form will not guarantee you a spot at the yard sale. You will be charged upon approval. It is non-refundable.
2. We do not guarantee any sales or profits. Please participate at your own discretion.
3. All profits and transactions will be between the seller and buyer.
If you are selling non-food/beverages, the items you are selling must be film industry related. We don’t want a thrift store atmosphere. Items could include:
- cameras and accessories
- tools
- lighting, stands
- props, wardrobe kits
- expendables
- film industry books, learning materials
- photography backdrops, props
What you should bring:
- Tables, carts, tent (12 x 12 max), if applicable
- Your own power source if something needs to be plugged in.
- Methods of payment (i.e. QR codes for people to pay you, change money, credit card machine etc)
All proceeds will go to event expenses and the Sarah Jones Foundation.
