Get ready to experience the Artisan Craft Markets: Crafting for a Cause on Saturday, August 10 and Saturday, October 12 in Harmon Park from 10-3, hosted by Favored Conferences and Events LLC! We all love crafts and supporting local businesses...but how about supporting a local business AND helping a local nonprofit. The Crafting for a Cause Artisan Markets will be on August 10th and October 12, 2024 and will benefit a local nonprofit and supported by a portion of the vendor fees! Plan to watch Facebook for more events and additional information about these markets! If you want to be considered for these exclusive markets, get your vendor applications in quickly! We will work diligently to market and encourage participation in these events using our network and reach! We are excited to have markets downtown Kernersville so people can shop local! Just plan to join us!!! AND...those vendors who join us will be able to showcase there products through our marketplace site on eventeny. You can start purchasing through any of their shared websites!!! Parking instructions
There are multiple parking options available for attendees. You can conveniently park across the street at the public parking areas downtown. Vendors must park in the public lots, and they are responsible for their own merchandise, sales, tents, set up and tear down. We ask that vendors refrain from parking beside Harmon Park to allow for shoppers!

Welcome to the Artisan Craft Markets: Crafting for a Cause! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the spaces, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
By submitting an application, you are not automatically approved to vend. Once applications are reviewed, organizers will approve or reject applications. Only approved applicants will be billed for the space.
 
Categories: You can apply in a variety of categories. We are looking primarily for handmade artisans. We will allow some spaces for other vendors who are not providing handmade products.
 
No exclusivity is promised in any category, but we are looking for variety, so that we can showcase lots of products and vendors and provide the opportunity for everyone's business to be successful!!!!
 
If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry.
 
All work displayed in the space must be for sale.
Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.
Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.
Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted.
Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.
Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited.
Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category.
Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.
Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.
Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.
Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable.
Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.
Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.
Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed.
Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.
Food: Homemade goods and products. For food items, small 2oz samples may be provided, but not food for consumption on site. We will have a food truck to provide food to attendees. 
Other: We do have a small opportunity for a few select vendors who sell non-handmade/artisan items and are licensed to sell products.
