ART IN YOU ART FESTIVAL 2026 Health, Safety & Event Guidelines The safety and enjoyment of all artists, vendors, guests, volunteers, and staff are important to the success of Art In You Art Show 2026. Venue Access & Load-In The event is located on a rooftop venue with indoor and outdoor event spaces. Elevator access is the primary means of transporting artwork, vendor materials, displays, and personal items to and from the event space. Artists and vendors are responsible for transporting and securing their own items during load-in and load-out. Please allow additional time for elevator access and shared use with other participants. Artwork & Vendor Displays All artwork, displays, and merchandise must be safely secured and maintained throughout the event. Participants are responsible for any damage caused by improperly secured displays or materials. Open flames, hazardous materials, or unsafe equipment are prohibited unless approved by event management. Rooftop Safety Participants and guests must remain within designated event areas at all times. Climbing, leaning, or sitting on railings, barriers, or restricted areas is strictly prohibited. Children must remain under adult supervision. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual engaging in unsafe behavior. Weather Considerations Portions of the event will take place outdoors. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably for Florida weather conditions. Event organizers reserve the right to modify outdoor activities due to weather or safety concerns. Personal Property Art In You Art Show, Designs By M, HER Scholarship Fund, Inc., venue ownership, and event staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, artwork, equipment, merchandise, or vendor materials. Emergency Procedures In the event of an emergency, all participants and guests must follow venue staff and event management instructions. Emergency exits and evacuation routes will be identified during event setup. General Conduct Art In You Art Show is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees. Any behavior that threatens the safety, comfort, or experience of others may result in removal from the event without refund. By participating in Art In You Art Show 2026, all artists, vendors, and attendees acknowledge and agree to follow these health and safety guidelines.
