Deadline: Apr 09, 2026

Do you own an unusually antique or haunted car? A hearse? Or do you simply love cars and want to dress yours up for Halloween? You have come to the right place!

There will be no charge for the space, HOWEVER, you must follow the rules listed below and we can only host a maximum of 5 cars per day for the show. We would like to also make this a trunk-or-treat opportunity for kids, so please bring candy! You will receive one free general admission pass for each day your car is being shown. Any additional attendees must purchase an event ticket.

Rules:

1. You must park your car in your designated spot during vendor load-in and leave it until the end of the festival.

2. Your car absolutely MUST be themed. Dress it up if you have to! There will be a vetting process during the application, but if you submit a picture of your very normal car dressed in Halloween garb and your car shows up NAKED, you are dead meat. Obviously some cars like hearses can pass regardless.

3. Bring candy for a trunk or treat!

4. Not a requirement, but we encourage folks to dress up! Anything to add to the theme will make the fest just that more magical.

This is an electronic agreement and by completing this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

This application is valid for solo artists and bands wishing to apply for a performance slot at HauntFest April Ghouls (April 11-12, 2026) in Athens, GA. Submitting this application allows the HauntFest team to review your submission and select bands that fit the needs of the event, but it does not guarantee your acceptance. You may select which days you have available within the application.

Please list your band name as your business name.

Please only apply if you are willing to fit the horror/spooky theme! As we only have time for so many music slots, you will receive an email response at a later date to either confirm or deny your performance.
