Join us for the Annual Fourth of July Celebration in Downtown Avalon Park. Community Performances, and Fireworks at 9 PM! Kick-off the event with our annual Bike Parade around Avalon Lake, then stay for community performances, vendors and bounce park or show off your tasty baking skills in our Apple Pie Bake-off! A spectacular fireworks show at 9 pm concludes the event. Vendor locations are located throughout Downtown Avalon Park Orlando. This is the July 4th Celebration vendor Application. Applying does not guarantee space. All applications will be reviewed. You will be notified of your application status and approved vendors will be invited to purchase their booth locations.
 
This event will be held outside in Downtown Avalon Park Orlando and is rain or shine. 
 
UPDATE: Vendor fees are now associated with the booth location you choose after approval of your application. 
 
Vendor booths are 10x10 and are the location only, you will need to bring your own tables, tent, and chairs. The double booth size is 10x20.
 
Standard vendor spaces are $35 or $70 for a Standard space with electricity. 
 
Premium vendor spaces are $55 or $90 for a Premium space with electricity.
 
Premium vendor spaces are located in higher traffic areas of the event, near entertainment and include one social media shout out along with event promotion. 
 
Power is only available in select areas of the event and must be selected along with your booth location after approval.

This is the July 4th Celebration Food Vendor application. Applying does not guarantee space. Your application will be reviewed and a select group of trucks will be approved. We do our best to rotate the trucks that are accepted to give new trucks an opportunity and to keep a good mix of food choices at each festival.  
 
The standard Food vendor fee is $100 ($106.60 after processing fees)
 
Your card on file will only be charged if you are approved to attend the event. 
 
Food Tents will be considered for this event.

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to date of event. Filling out this form does not guarantee a performance. DO NOT make any arrangements until notified that your group has been accepted in writing.
