Join us for the Annual Fourth of July Celebration in Downtown Avalon Park. Community Performances, and Fireworks at 9 PM! Kick-off the event with our annual Bike Parade around Avalon Lake, then stay for community performances, vendors and bounce park or show off your tasty baking skills in our Apple Pie Bake-off! A spectacular fireworks show at 9 pm concludes the event. Vendor locations are located throughout Downtown Avalon Park Orlando. This is the July 4th vendor Application for Artists and crafters of handmade items. Applying does not guarantee space. All applications will be reviewed and juried.
 
This is the application only. If approved, you will be invited to purchase your booth location.
You will need to enter a card on file with your application, and again to purchase your booth location. 
 
You will be notified of your application status and approved vendors will be invited to purchase their booth locations. You will choose your vendor location after approval. 
 
This event will be held outside in Downtown Avalon Park Orlando and is rain or shine. Power is only available in select areas, if you require power, you must choose a booth location that has power included. 
 
Vendor booths are 10x10 and are the location only, you will need to bring your own tables, tent, and chairs.
 
Once your vendor application is approved you will be invited to select your vendor booth from the following booth selections: 
Green - Premium Booth w/ Electric ($125)
Yellow - Standard Booth w/ Electric ($105)
Red - Premium Booth ($75) – No Power
Purple – Standard Booth ($55) – No Power
 
 
Premium vendor spaces are located in higher-traffic areas of the event and/or near entertainment.

Food Vendor - Vendor Application
Deadline: Jun 27, 2024
This is the July 4th Food Vendor application. Applying does not guarantee space. Your application will be reviewed, and a select group of trucks will be approved. We do our best to rotate the trucks that are accepted to give new trucks an opportunity and to keep a good mix of food choices at each festival.  
 
The standard Food Truck vendor fee is $100 ($106.60 after processing fees)
 
Your card on file will only be charged if you are approved to attend the event. 
 
Food Tents will be considered for this event.
