Columbus takes place June 13-15, 2025 at The Greater Columbus Convention Center.Thank you for your interest in setting up as an Exhibitor, Vendor, Independent Publisher, Developer, Crafts Person, Artist, Writer, or Filmmaker at Animate! Columbus 2025. After filling out this form, you will receive an email regarding your approval status. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

• You will be contacted to determine your availability.
• You will be assigned based on our coverage needs. We will take your preferred department into consideration. Returning volunteers have priority on department assignment.
• We depend on volunteers and schedule coverage based on your commitment. Please do not apply to volunteer if you do not plan on showing up.
• We understand that some circumstances are out of your control. If you are unable to show up for a scheduled shift, please try to let us know as soon as possible. This will not reflect negatively on future volunteer opportunities.
• Please upload a clear picture of your face with your application. These pictures are for our internal use only. They are used solely for identification purposes at check-in and to locate you within the building. If you do not upload a photo of yourself, your application will not be approved.
